Glad to see your back up and running. I've never seen a rod break where it looks like it did, and I've seen more than a few break. Waiting on a skeleton bucket for mine.

I think the engine had been having some problems it kept eating starters was kinda hard to start for a while now guess been hot so many times was getting to it

Good work getting it back in service. I was just coming to say you can get the flywheel w/magnets and the coil aftermarket but I see in another comment that you found this engine already has it. Can't wait to see you put it back to work.

Yea I have planned to rebuild the original motor also for backup an if I ever sale the machine I’ll let it go with it

That's the one I was talking about replacing with. Something that can help I always use is paint marker. Put a dot on top make it easyer so know how to go back together. The only bad part. Not alot of room for moving. Will need to see what can do about a charging system to make work.
Question do you think you will ever upgrade to a machine with pilot controls.

I found out this engine does have a charging system it is a newer upgraded model also has oil pump maybe one day I’ll upgrade but that’ll be a while

It would be hard to tun the hydraulic cooler fan or engine cooling fans they are putting on the newer models. I am hoping Predator comes up with an engine that has charging capability like the Briggs has .I have a brand-new Groundhog ZH12G delivered here in Northern California a week ago and it needs that charging the Briggs has to run the Hydraulic cooler fan and I need to add an electric fan for the engine because we have been hotter than Hell this July with most days well over 100 and a few at 110 .

Yea it has been hotter than average here an the predator does charge but like you say nothing like the Briggs for sure

@@Mikeykaysuper I hope I have a fan on mine but I think I left the ignition switch on an killed the battery an then found the hot cable loose on the selanoid so charging the battery back an we will see thanks for watching my videos
