“Feel everything all the time” is such a great sentence I just love it. What a great video
A very nice commentary on this lovely film. I find it interesting to note, though, how few mention the breaking of the "fourth wall" at the very end of the final scene just as Elio's mother calls him for the second time. In interviews Timothée has said that he included it as an hommage but for me it is the highlight of the whole film. It says to me that he has taken this journey and is welcoming the fact that I have taken it with him. I have tears every time. But that's just me.

Great timing, uni is really heating up the work load and to compensate I become more stoic and pragmatic. This was the reminder I needed to let out my emotions.
This made me miss my father even more and because I know I can't dwell on the fact that he's not here to be able to help me the only thing I see I could do when I get emotional is to cry I cry long and hard trying to get everything out since I have no ears to ear and no shoulder to leon on and I always believe that crying doesn't make one weak but make them stronger its signifies I accept, I may not understand but I will try to move on..... Thank you for your many videos they always make me feel better I appreciate them

maybe this film is iffy to some or didn't age well since certain things came up, but i still very much love this film and the book. it made me feel better during a rough patch in my life where i didn't want to have feelings, didn't want to talk to anyone. being hurt, angry, scared, sad, these are things we shouldn't ignore. we have to experience it if we want to heal and move on. i love watching your videos man and i'm always looking forward to new stuff.

It’s been a year since I found out he got married. Like Elio finding out Oliver was getting married, my heart literally broke. Sick and crying constantly for days, that hopeful love-sick and happy child inside myself died that day. I still mourn him and probably will to some degree for the rest of my life.
