In my opinion, the hidden hindu is also amazing. I mean it is just really wonderful and amusing and also full of twist and turns. I have read the first two parts and now I am most eagerly waiting for the third and final book of the trilogy.
Shiva trilogy was amazing cos Amish created an entirely new story loosely based on the legend of Mahadev. It’s undoubtedly the best Indian mythology series ever.

So Indian mythological fiction books being a work of fiction take a lot of liberties and even, most of such books are pure fantasies just using characters or concepts from the Indian mythology. So, there isn’t much to learn in there. They definitely get you intrigued to research and study more about the mythological characters or just stories. That’s my opinion
