How come I never had beautiful tractor drivers like Sarah and Alex.
Sarah would “accidentally “ chisel plow the camera under if you let her film some live action. 😆👍 I appreciate you and your family Andy thanks
Nice to listen to Jarod. He's usually not a talker but he's so smart to listen to.
Jarod isn't camera shy. Anymore as he keeps working while he talks.
You have the confidence of your children, they have been taught well and trusted as they learned, well done mate
Andy your confidence in your children bestows confidence in them. Way to go Sarah!!
Sarah and the boys all need their own cameras and do a day in the life.
You're certainly a hard working family.
Sarah is not shy, when I see that she is already driving a truck, operating the chopper, and doing her job on the tractor at her age on camera, you are not shy. she just has a good farm attitude, you work with your hands and brain and not with your mouth. good work Sarah, keep it up and just stay who you are!
Greets out the Netherlands!
Your kids are amazing, you must be so proud to see them out there doing there thing, you could not be nearer the mark with "The Hourigan Family Farm"
Sarah, there is nothing like running a tractor, nobody messing with you, you can look around and see what you are accomplishing. Then Pop shows up with the camera. Has he bought that pickup for you yet? PS: You look nice on camera.
You have good kids there Andy it’s a joy to see them taking a interest in the farm
You should be proud of Jared as he looks like a hell of a great mechanic, you should be very proud of him as it probably saves you from having to do it. Has he gone to any mechanic school or is it all learned on the farm he's a great guy and who takes his work seriously.
Looking pretty good Sarah. Raising some pretty hard working Kids Andy. Be Proud. Great video once again my friend.
Daddy Daughter time is the best! As the Dad of 7 daughters I know of what I speak..Go Poppa
Andy Go! You're on the right track! and the boyz are doing great too! Hammer Down go plow something!
Great job Chisel plowing Sarah and Andrew
Sarah’s intuition did most likely save that tractor. She’s a smart cookie! Thanks to Jared for the insights on commercial engines comparisons, that put things into perspective for me. Cheers
Sarah is a cutie and u embarrasse her with the camera but she takes it good lol great kids and great video's Andy glad your kids are part of the farm
It’s awesome to see all your kids involved on the farm. They learn things like no where else can teach and you get to interact with them a lot. 60 years ago I was just like your youngest son. Could barely see me in the seat but loving every minute operating equipment. Life took me away from the farm but it never left me. Keep on posting and farming and I’ll keep watching. Thanks Andy. Really enjoy your operation.
Thanks for getting jared in there, I like to hear his wisdoms on the engines. I'm going to have one to do myself soon, so I listen carefully when jared is speaking. Thanks, keep up the good work.
Tell Sarah not to be so shy, but I enjoy watching her tell you "no camera " or she will just turn it off. It makes me chuckle every time.
Great crew you have there, each and everyone of your children.
Oh Sarah... makes me smile when she messes with you!!
Looks like you have quite the engine builder, he has sure become knowledgeable.
Kids working hard has to make you a proud Dad.
Have to smile Dad and Daughter I'm sure your heart just swells. My first tractor driving was John Deere 710 1968 I was 8 years old I only dreamed of a larger tractor but never got there. This is why I'm rebuilding one now. Great video thanks
710 my dad had one hydrolic problems the hydrolic tank is plastic and it melted. IN hind sight he had to big of a plow on it, it was a full mount 4x14jd and if it had been semi mount I think we wouldn't have had the problems. dad traded his jd M in on it.Big diff
@@stepark3437 Hi we had a power steering issue once that I remember o rings that needed replaced yes the tank is plastic but I've never seen that problem I know the tank is located inside near the back. Our tractor was purchased new in 68. The first time I drove I drove into the milk house lol no damage.
@@jamesmorrison1884 Dad also bought his new but in 72.he could have got a 2120 at the time but it was a thousand dollars more. In 76 he traded it for a 2130 which I still have. that 710 the hyd tank was pulled up into the pickup tube.
I love the articulated four wheel drives we have a 7520 and it just feels like it’s unstoppable when I do field work with it
Great job saving the engine Sarah. She definitely knows what she’s doing!!! 👍🏼👍🏼 Now if only dad would put the camera away......🤣🤣🤣🤣
Oh yeah! When ever I have heard or smelled something unusual, it has always meant something has been wrong. Trust your senses!
Sarah, be very proud, we love seeing ya on the channel. 🙏👍👍👍🇬🇧🇺🇸🇬🇧🇺🇸
I like the block of wood with aluminum wrapped! Looks like Jared is doing a nice job!! Just keep the cigar ashes out of her!
When you said how the disc doesn't pull up the rocks, reminded me of a neighbor my Uncle had that had a small farm and had smaller Ford tractors. He would tease my Uncle how his smaller equipment would just go over the rocks, while my Uncle's bigger equipment would dig up the rocks!
Years ago I used to put automatic washing powder in cooling system to clean out oil . Put in run engine coolant will turn white then flush cooling system until it runs clear . Last put anti freeze in and top up after you run engine for a time...
Hats off to Sarah !! GREAT JOB ! YOUR DAD IS PROUD OF YOU ! Way to go pretty girl!
You are very lucky to have your children working with you
It’s good to see Sarah laughing and smiling! She doesn’t know what that she’ll be a star on this channel Sunday.
The way Jared is putting those sleeves in is the exactly I've seen numerous people do it even professional mechanics a block of wood and a big hammer
Great family Andy. Thanks for all the cool videos!
My brother builds all varieties of Landoll tillage equipment
As usual your family and employees are top notch. I can't help but be proud of your operation and smile at seeing the kids participating.
Well Done Andy.
Our farm is 280 years Old 1family member cant find Tractor drivers your lucky to have great kids
Always nice to see Sarah running that giant tractor
Sarah is such a fine young lady who knows how to do so many things!! I can imagine how proud you are of her.!! I so much enjoy your channel - i have learned so much about our GREAT AMERICAN FARMERS !! Y'all are in my prayers
The last shot of your youngest son Andrew looking very diminutive and just about able to see over the bonnet of the tractor he was driving was priceless.
Hope your paying 'em Joe's rates!!!
Andy, you have great kids! It's fun to see them enjoying working on the family farm!
Cheers!
If Jarred painted Snap-on on that piece of wood he could sell it for $500
Great video and great to see the kids out there in that fine equipment. Thx
Awesome channel love the videos
I be made this comment before, you are very lucky to work with your kids on the farm. I would love to work everyday with my daughter.
Really cool seeing your kids do all the chisel plowing !! Can tell you are proud of them, and you should be !!
Really liking your videos keep it up thanks

Another good video Andy 🚜👍
Thanks for the ride along. Great work Hourigan family
I got a great laugh at when u were trying to stop Sarah and she just drives right past u she probably saw the camera and said the hell with this! She seemed to be a little less shy this time thanks for the good laugh Sarah
I had problems using a tire style motor stand, I think it was due to lack of tread...LOL
Great videos of a true family operation...Thanks Andy 🍺🥨🍺
Good video Andy. Your kids do a great job nicely done.
Thanks Andy, for sharing the family and operation there. Always puts a smile on my face! Refreshing to watch, with all the crap going on in the rest of the world it's nice to see some kind of sanity still exists!
Great video Andy thank you. Tim’s back! Tim’s the man! Give Tim a raise!
that one smart boy on technical machines repair.. i made a living swinging that truck tire hammer it was hell
Is all getting very busy all over the farm now,,lets hope no more problems 👍👍👍👍👍
Great video Andy
Andrew was not pleased that Alex was in “His” Tractor to say the least.
Always interesting stuff going on Andy, keep it real 🤘👍🍺🍺
Great videos lately Andy! Thanks for keeping us up to speed on everything. Fingers crossed that tractor issues are behind you!
Always nice when you pop the hood to check on things and you finally stop finding stuff wrong.
Great to see the invulfment of kids on the farm and the father working with them.
Another top video, really enjoy how you break down all the work you are doing in the shop. It sure costs one heck of a lot of money to keep your organisation running. Thanks again, catch you on the next video
Excellent video Andy thanks y'all be safe out there 🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜🚜
Wow Andy ya have some great kids you can see how much they like doing the work awesome to see the next generation great job on teaching
Excellent video it's nice to see you out in the field. The last round of snow just melted here in Minnesota
great job on the engine jerred and great job sarah, alex and andrew enjoyed the video andy thanks.
It's so great to see your family working with you. good family ties seam like there getting harder and harder to find :)
come on Sarah don't be shy , after all u r a very good operator, dad is a wonderful DAD U GUYS should be proud of him .take care to u r family.
Nice to see the next generation working with you. Looking forward to planting except they forecast snow, hope it misses you. Take care and than you
LMAO Could Sarah be any cuter? "I don't think she's going to stop!" Course not. She saw that darned camera!! :)
...I think Alex is worse, never have seen her.....
@@paulpochan9631 Seen her maybe once.
Was memorable since he was teasing her about being out in the field with her boyfriend or something like that.
They were in a truck going down the road and she had that smile that says "oh god what do I do." lmao
You have wonderful children. You have taught them well.
G
As a young person who is also learning on my family's farm, it's great to see other young people taking an interest in farming. Especially girls, but boys too. It gets pretty dull when most of the farmers I meet or hear of are old guys. It's nice to see some kids having fun and bringing some 'youthful energy' to farming in NY.
Also, you've got to love Sarah. She seems like a diligent equipment operator and she has a fun personality.
Andy...You have some good kids!
Sarah once she is doin something I see she’s like her dad she don’t like being disturbed or bothered an she very determined to keep away from the camera but she an her sister and jr have great teacher an a dad who cares to keep them out of trouble and keeps them safe
It’s good to see the 9560 running after the repair and no issues. That’s a big plus 😉
Your daughter and son are doing an awesome job I work in the ground
Best autosteer on RUclips
Ahh thought we would get a ride with Andrew! Enjoyed the video looking forward to seeing that engine go back in, It is nice to see Sara back at it you guys blow all the other channels out of the water. Keep it going catch you in the next
Nice to see your family in the video wish you would have included JR. miss seeing him at work !
I remember riding with my father when I was a kid and could not wait till school was done to go out on the farm and drive tractor
God and beautiful driver! Congratulations both. ❤️🍀🇺🇸
Top notch engine stand there Jarred, good tread and doesn't bounce when you're slidin in those sleaves.👍 That chrome plated sleave installer is Fancee!!! Nice move on installing the piston and sleave together, so much easier and more efficient. Well done! Sarah is definitely enjoying the 9560, but NO CAMERAS!!!!!😝😅😆😂 Hahaha... Good to see Andrew out there as well.👍🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
All American Family!!!!
So cool to see you spend some time with Sarah and have some father daughter time together, make for some memories as in a few years she probably be gone doing her thing college or a job or still working on the family farm. Also seeing Jerad working on the 4020 and manure hauling equipment,it's nice that you can depend on him and he does a great job of rebuilding equipment. Takes alot off your shoulders Andy. Then there's the enyclopedia on wheels I love his knowledge of JD equipment good job Andrew. We're still in drought conditions here in Nw Iowa and possibly snow Monday the 19th.. Hardly any field work done as everyone is waiting for April 15th for crop insurance to take hold.
Tell Jared from me that he´s an awsome mechanic He´s an living JD. Enclopydia :D aaaaaand DAMN ! I like that ..... I like the way he explains the things ..... he is really smart and a fine Mechanic ...... What a son you got there Andy :)
regards from René Madsen in Denmark :)
Go Sarah
What a little heartthrob of a girl.... missy or Sarah either one is a keeper. You know Andrew sr., they took the mold away when you was born as just being too lucky and I too would be riding with a shotgun to keep the young fellers that want to chase looking in a different county or is it borough where you live. Thats what we have here in alaska. This mat valley borough is as large as three to five states on the east coast.... google it up and find out how ridiculous this states boroughs are.
She is to cool for school love how her focus is yeah Dad I am busy do watch ya need to do awesome
Jared is really knowledgeable when it comes to engines and all-around mechanics! Did he take classes in school or did he just learn on the go? Another great video! Thanks Andy! 👍
No schooling
From experience Andy nice to spend time with your kids 👌although I just have a daughter but we spend good time together. Life passes by quickly so we must make the best of it. Good video 👍catch the next
You guys crack me up! All that talent and welding supplies and stuff...maybe consider fabricating an engine stand! It’s in your name bud!! Nothing but love from Michigan! Keep up the good work!💪🤙👌🥓🥩
Nice kids andy they are well natured and hardworking. Jered is a smart mechanic jr is a good operator for his age Sarah is shy but not afraid to work . It must be nice to have the kids do the tillage so you can focus on the mechanic work. We have 300 acres of soybeans and 150 aces of corn planted already here in southern Michigan. Take care and stay safe!
I wish I knew how to put an engine together you guys have a great channel I learn shit n this channel all the time.
I used to in frame a lot of Cummins 855's/N14's so I had the sleeve installer for those but anything else I usually just used a block of wood too.
Hey andy. I enjoy your videos..your grandma and grandpa used to come to my house years ago and visit my grandparents...we used to come and vist them as well...would like to chat sometime...ty
Put the sleeves in a freezer. They will slide right in.... old trick. It works with bearings too. Metal contracts when it's cold, expands when it's heated. Use as necessary, just my thoughts....
Great awesome video
Nice video 😁👍
