The sheriff behind Sara...Funny stuff...You got a good chuckle out of it
That’s a hell of a tanker to go with the fleet, nice 👍👍👍🇬🇧🇺🇸
Andy there isn’t a ceo in the USA that could hold a candle to you. Thanks for sharing
I have two family members that are CEOs and one that’s a CFO for huge corporations. Those three are the most worthless individuals. They are constantly taking vacations and they have zero work ethic. Out of the three of them... not one of them does any yard work on their own. They have time to do it... but they think it’s “gross”. My dads side of the family is all farmers and hard workers and my moms side of the family are yuppies that don’t get dirty. You should see our family gatherings. 😂
@@TsunauticusIV Sounds like a powder keg ready to go off
@@ericrudgers6816 oh it’s always interesting. 😂

Nuhn Industries the pride and joy of Sebringville, Ontario! When I dealt with Deniss back in the early 80's when I was farming (bought a couple of pumps) they were still in their original shop in Wartburg about 10 minutes from where they are now.
Doug, I take it that All of the Manure Equipment Manufactures are out of Canada besides Balzer Manure Equipment?
@@taylor11089 For sure Nuhn and Husky are local to me. Huskey is located in Alma about 1/2 hour from where I am here in Guelph, ON. Not sure about any others.
@@dougpeebles2383 I have been Impressed with what I see out of Nuhn Manure Equipment. I have seen some Custom 1 Off pieces that they have Built for Customers as well. Real Nice Manure Equipment. I also think that GEA/Houle & Balzer both make some Nice Manure Equipment.
This is an awesome operation; I find it abundantly interesting. Thx.
Seemed odd only having two axles on that big of spreader but those tires are massive.
Look who is here... 😀😍
Eric has time to watch videos and make ones too!
Yes should have just as much floatation
Your both beasts ❤️
Baby spreader
My 22 month old grandson loved watching this one with me!
I’m glad to hear that
Sorry,I was watching Laura Farms and the comment was for her. Your channel is 86% informational and 14% wonderment. Thank you.
We rented a 6750 nuhn tandem axle tank. Pulled it with our 8400. They seem very well built. The one we rented had flow control with a flow meter made for very consistent application
Excellent video that new tanker really pumps out the manure when the hose came off
Ha ha ending with Sarah was funny.. good luck and congratulations with the New Nuhn spreader! Made in London Ont, 🇨🇦 since early 1900’s! Much thanks Andy, cheers
Andy walking on wet curved tanker top with bad knees after climbing a ladder with one hand. #FarmTough
No problem
Yeah, if it was me I would of hit the ground hard.
Glad you didn’t fall. Top of that tank looked slick.
That's a nice looking tanker. I'll bet nobody passed Sarah as long as the Sheriff was following. There's times when its nice to have them back there.
Its my guess you might be one of those guys that pass on a corner going up hill meeting traffic. Farmers aren't fools bud.
Andy chucking at the dynamic of Sarah, the Pd and himself made me laugh pretty good 😆
Nice Video Andy! I am an Ex- Farmer from Germany and i love your Videos. In Germany that is an 32000 liters tanker. Thats very big! :-)
Brilliant video Andy, that's some tanker you have bought, it's huge. 🚜👌
Smooth connection on the tool bar! Takes some practice to get good lol.
We bought a new Nuhn tank last year with the same style pump and it does a much better job of keeping sand mixed then the older style pumps do. We don't inject and it will throw fairly thick sand laden manure in nearly a 60' swath
impressive
You will love the nuhn, very simple and built very well
Amazing how big kit is getting! I used to use a 2000 gallon tanker 😂 Brilliant video 💪🏴
You should see the pair of Nuhn 17000 quad trains that a custom guy runs up where I am
@@alexcross5166 any channels you can recommend? I'm across the pond 😂
There’s nothing better than new rigging. I have no doubt you will get it dialed in perfect. Hope it didn’t splash on your cigar. Thanks Andy
It's incredible the amount of money you spend on just getting rid of the manure from your milk cows so I can enjoy a glass of milk with my oreo cookies. All for a couple bucks for a gallon of milk.
I wouldnt say its getting rid of the manure, its more like giving the ground nutritions back, and it actually saves you a good bit of money, because you dont have to put that much fertilizer on the fields
Whatever these guys are making for this work , they deserve double.
Well I hope your big tanker works out well for you I heard you mentioned dry weather we got a roach planned yesterday here in Western PA on our farm and we're getting a nice rain this morning Sunday morning so that kind of put those oats to bed and give him the start but we're looking for some cold weather or later in the week here hope things are going well have a safe spring
I really like that it only has four wheels. So much better, simpler than six or eight.
Hello from Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Canada. Great show’s thanks for sharing with us.
There's nothing small about anything you all do great video. Greta would be pleased
Love the video at the end with the sheriff!!!
I remember going on a field trip in collage to see New Holland's new big tank spreader with injector's I believe it was 2500 gallons and it was like the biggest one on the market at the time!
Would love to tour your farm these videos are awesome and as always can’t wait for the next video
I hope they gave you that. You honestly deserve it. I saw the Cargill truck drive by and thought to myself that you're fighting an uphill battle. It's so hard to make it doing what you're doing. Nice manure spreader.
G'day Andy. Much simpler than with the other spreader. Thanks. See you on the next one.
Man its like Christmas morning all over again big congrats on the purchase now u might have the guys fighting over who uses the new spreader
Yes I’ll go along with 10% informational,But 90 % entertainment.Keep the world going and laughing.Thank you.
Very nice and great to see the new poop injector up and running. The big horse will get a workout towing the tanker around. Will be a great year for ya I hope. Thank you and take care.
Andy we had a float on top of the tank for loading and the gauge upfront for unloading. Love using Nuhn manure equipment seems like they were the top of the line. Our tank was just like yours except for the float up top
Ours has the float gauge on it
Love the new tank Andy. It’s made about an hour from here in Ontario.
It’s funny how your brain sees something and you can smell it. You started pumping into that tanker and suddenly was experiencing it with you. Lol
got a good laugh at the sheriff driving past at the end while you filmed
I saw that going through Seneca Falls on 5&20 the other day... looks good Andy!
Well made unit about 20 mile from home. Lots of our dairy guys run these in tandem units.
Farmers always get the coolest stuff
Nuhn Industries is about 20 minutes down the road from me...good product...hope it serves you well...stay safe
Enjoyed watching the video A NDY 😊
the more i watch..the more i admire your crew and operations..do you guys have chit chat meetings on new equipment? the how to's..and the do not's?
Yeah
Nice hat! The spreader is nice too!
Great vid yet again Andy..... loving the New Nuhn tanker....never knew they were Canadian. ..... prepay poor Sarah and the sheriff following on.....police escort....??? I think not..😂😂anyhoo pissing rain over here in the Sunny South East of Ireland too.!!
Very cool delivery truck and spreader.
Those spreaders are made about 30 minutes away from me. Sebringville Ontario Canada
Im about an hourish away from them too

@@farmingfishingfamilyontari2814 same here lol right on 59 north of Woodstock
@Acer Acres not a chance on the houle. steering system is always broke. Nuhn are tops in pumps and spreaders. not to mention the lagoon crawler.
For safety reasons, that tanker should have a walkway on top with a non slip surface. Also, that hose situation should've been resolved long before the unit arrived with a hose that fits properly and is not subject to blowoffs. Other then that, the unit looks amazing and appears ( with minor adjustments ) to work well. 🚜
Hose couldn’t be shopped installed by manufacturer
Everyone....my life is boring
Me....just spent 20 minutes on a Saturday night watching a honey pot get unloaded
Nothing wrong with that man. You will learn 10 times more watching anything Andy has to say versus anything on television
Agree with Adam, tv sucks
If the world didn’t have Honey Pots we would be in deeper shit than we already are
@@toddmatson4179 awesome analogy!!❤❤❤
That spreader sure makes a difference to how I used to spread manure. The old bucket and plough method is sure outdated. Lol
Great video
Very nice video about the new equipment you got hope it works out for your farm
Great awesome video, Canadian built spreader , very well built .
looks a great slurry tanker andy good luck with it enjoyed the video thanks
Pretty sweet addition to fleet! Keep up the good work!
Very nice 👍 hope have many happy mss as manure hauling days Andy 🇬🇧🇺🇸
I hope you don't have axle trouble with this one. I'm hoping the walking tandem will fix that issue.
I live 15 minutes away from Nuhn fabricating in Sebringville Ontario Canada
A really impressive piece of equipment you got!!👍 Best of luck with it!!
It's a beast of a tank Andy all the best from Scotland 🏴🥃
Andy that’s fine looking tanker 🤩👍👍
My favorite job on the farm next to cutting hay! Let me know if Sarah needs BAIL! Pretty girls don't do well in jail!! LMAO Good job Jared!
Looks good Andy! Tanker looks sharp behind the 9410R
Thought you were going to get me covered with crap again! Well, not again but the threat was there! That is some big rubber you got there! nice rig.
Andy it also be safer to put some walkway tread along the top just to be safer to walk on being a round tank, looks a nice unit
Great video Andy thank you nice looking spreader!
Loved the manure trail.
Watch for cracks where the fan housing is welded to the tank. We had a couple and they came out and welded flutes onto the housing to stiffin it. And ours also has a knife valve that we keep partway closed to slow down the manure coming out the back. It unloads crazy fast all the way open and to get the right rate down we would have to go 15 mph 😂. Nuhn is better than the James way tanker for sure, but to bad ortel doesn’t sell nuhn. One of the best dealers to work with.
Sharp lookin unit. Seems to pull pretty smoothly with that 9410. I noticed the spreader pitched nose to tail as he was traveling the field, maybe raising the draw bar height a bit might counter the nose pitch and keep the injector deeper? Just an observation. Seems to be a well matched combination.
Thanks for supporting a local company to me 👍 i wish u bought a set of quads instead tho
Welcome to compaction city! You better run 5 psi in those spreader tires lol
Nah
Nice new piece you have there Andy 👍
Randy you and your team did a great job. Have you ever considered a compost barn? I think storing and spreading compost is easier than liquid slurry. Plus much safer for the environment and better impact on the soil.
That’s incorrect
@@FarmingFixingFabricating explain
@@5er593 manure whether it be in liquid or solid form is still manure. Manure in liquid form only had to do with how it is stored and what we use for bedding. We don’t purposely do anything to the manure to make it that way. Therefore it has no effect on harming the environment.
Congratulations on you new purchase!
Every time I watch this channel I hear Adam Carola. 95% match
Really
Nuhn makes a quick attach kit. It’s a triangle (like the SMV signs) and it locks with a pin. Put a camera on back and a single fellow can drop/hook and be rolling in less than 5 minutes.
Yes those triangle attach kits are easy to use on eupment you change often. Say between a bucket and forks.
But i bet that manure spreader stay on that tanker all the time. so i guess they just adapted the new tanker hitch to match
Nuhn's just down the road from me, always nice to see their equipment being used. Nice purchase.
Best spreader you’ll ever buy
Good luck with your new tanker.
My boss has one of those just smaller lol. But I would up cutting out half of those bars for that exact reason. But you probably have already done it 😂. Nice machine
Nice looking piece of machinery. It you always back up to fill the tank from the rear like you did this time if the safty bars ran the other way do you think there would be less splatter.
It would still spatter
Maybe the 90 degree bend on the injector pipe is slowing the flow causing it to blow off. Great muck video. 👍
Hard to imagine that little girl driving that BIG ol tractor but I'll bet she can handle it. Got to teach them when they are young...
Always some growin pains with new equipment.. Looks like it will be a good addition to the fleet.
Good luck with that tank. It’ll last longer than that Jamesway did.
A couple lengths of 18” Grip-Strut tacked to the top of that tanker will make a nice walkway.
I used to pull 2 6500 nuhn tanks behind a John Deere 9430 injecting grey water from treatment plants.
Looks like it will do the job. Do you have to have a manure plan with your state DNR or County approved plan before you spread. Here in Iowa you have to get your manure plan approved by the Dept of Naturel Resources before you can build any confinement. Then it seems when you do spread someone is always watching or keeping a eye on you . We had a few years back people protesting a farmer who wanted to build a hog confinement. Made the news , He told them its not like he selling crack to school kids . And to think we used to raise hogs in open front buildings, spread manure with a 300 jd . And no one said a word .lol Good video once again my friend.
Yes we do
Very nice Andy, new big boy's toy's.
Andy u seam like a great place to work for love your channel I hope if I ever make it out your way to stop by and say hi
Bloody hell that's a serious tanker AYE
It is nice
It's kind of wild, the pressure of the juice coming out of the injectors at 24:50. But I suppose you need that to force the liquid down in behind the cutters.
Sweet Andy I like that pump some crap great video
You better find Sarah a truck now for harvest time now before it's time for field work. Times a ticking
I think you should have a nickname! Should call you the “tool man”. You have more tools and use more tools than most!!!!!
I think you made a good choice on the tank instead of the three tires oh your old tank
Off topic comment... I would like to see a video on the various kinds of transmissions in your tractors and how they operate. I only have experience with the old PowerShift (4020, 4230, etc) a Quad Range (8430) and the old school single lever quad range (3020). I've never run any modern day Deere and I'm curious how they work. Andrew could teach me!
Andy, put a bolt right true the middle of the tube and coupler ! It will never come of again..
