This has to be the most expensive RUclips channel I'm subscribed to. Every episode ends with me heading to the liquor store and buying a bottle, heading to a book store, buying all kinds of fruit, buying rose tea to make syrups and so much more. You are an inspiration man.

Awesome video, I love scotch in tiki cocktails. You should try the ‘heather swizzle’ too:
    - 1/2 oz lemon juice
    - 1 oz Drambui
    - 1 1/2 oz scotch
    - 1/4 oz Campari
Swizzle in a tall glass with crushed ice and garnish with mint.

Thanks for sharing these, Erick! Scotch doesn't get enough love in general, so I was very happy to see this video. One of the many things I love about your channel is that you feature cocktails that don't require ultra-specific ingredients but that still showcase interesting flavor combinations, and this video very much hits that mark. Thanks again!

That is our goal. Its so lame to have to make something super specific for the homebar but it only works in one drink. We love being able to showcase killer drinks without all of that fuss.

Tried 3-d recipe cause I had all ingredients on hand - absolutely delicious cocktail. Im in love with this bold and complex flavour, especially a little bit of smoke from Fitzwilliam Irish Blended (Yeah, It's Irish, but tastes like Scotch).
Big thanks to this channel, I'll stay tuned

I've been looking for and enjoying a bunch of Scotch cocktails recently, most recently the Churchill (imho a winner, with 1.5 Blended Scotch; .5 each Cointreau, Sweet Vermouth, and Lime Juice; and my Erick Castro add of 1/6 Simple Syrup), and now I will definitely try the London Sour. Thanks! A few days later .... Okay, the London Sour is delicious and dangerously quaffable! However, I had an idea after enjoying a few, and that was to try a trick I learned from a bartender in Florence, Italy, when he was making us what he called an Orange Whiskey Sour. Different recipe (including Amara amaro) but one thing made me think. What if I added one bar spoon-sized scoop of a really good, not overly sweet orange marmalade? I used St Dalfour's, and it was great! Added just a tiny bit of sweetness and more importantly some great mouthfeel. Still a sour drink, but just a little more interesting, at least to me.

was really expecting to see the M-One featured. 1 and 1/4 oz single malt scotch (smokey is good), 3/4 oz Cointreau, 2 oz. Tangerine Juice, 1 dash Angostura bitters. Note: Must use tangerine juice - do not substitute orange juice. Cheers and thank you. I have a few new cocktails to try,
