    Leg press is definitely effective but you need high reps. 20 plus and rising.

      Try doing a slow cadence up and down. You won’t be doing 20 reps easily

      I believe Peter is about the leg muscles been endurance fibred, so that's why he suggested high reps.
      Not because it's easy or hard, which is variable by weight load ' tylormack '.

      No rule saying you need 20+ lol. Can do as low as 6-8 and stimulate growth mate.

      @@KillerAri High reps definitely work better on legs for some reason maybe because we walk around on them all day. Platz, Cutler and Kevin Levrone say the same thing. Works well for me with my crap genetics anyway.
