  • Today we start ripping into these loads of logs laying in the yard. The only way to get it done is to get it started. A pastor from a local church stops by to pick up some campfire wood for a church event, and we get him fixed up.

    I think I’ll be using the 500i in my Sunday livestream. Mike’s come here tomorrow morning for a livestream.
    Believe it or not I’m actually getting more orders for winter wood right now than summer campfire wood

    😂😂😂 Love how you started the video, compared to how I started mine with a Husqvarna, and it came out on the same day, totally by coincidence. Plus, thanks for wearing our shirt! Looks good on you - per my wife😮

    I think it’s time to raise the conveyor and make an extended pan to run those scraps outside the dump trailer!

    I’m a husky guy and it’s fun to throw some dirt back and forth if you’re team orange/white or white/orange. But I want to give that 500i a try seems like they did something special with that one

    Good day Brad. Nice job on the sharpening! Bucking with a longer bar is nice on the back, but with your height, have you ever considered a longer bar yet. You handle this one extremely well. Great video, keep up the great work with your business.

      Thanks so much and yes I had a 32" bar on this saw early on but it was just too bar heavy for me. The 25" balances the saw nicely so I have kinda stuck with that. There are times that a longer bar would be better but for most times the 25 serves me well

    That 500i went to work!! Can’t wait to use mine for first time. I was fortunately blessed to receive a new one as a gift from my realtor.

    Great Video Brad. I would love to own that MS,-500i, but being a Senior on a Fixed Income means I can not at this time. That is A Beast of a Saw. I am Re-Furbishing my MS-260 PRO with New Parts. I use it in my Log Pile to cut my Rounds up and my Farm Boss. Good work my Friend and Hope to see and here from you at Back40 Friday Night Live. Ron from the Woodyard in Duanesburg NY.

    How is the cr6 holding up with the wheeled machine on it ? Im thinking of taking up my millings and putting cr6 down her at farm. Millings turn to dust and its a mess

    • @FirewoodattheFurnace
      @FirewoodattheFurnace  Месяц назад

      It's doing great so far. No problems at all. I do have to keep a close eye for little stones in bark when cutting, but you probably have that with millings too.
