      After brushing
      2 glasses hot water with one lemon with apple cider vinegar
      1.30 hours exercise
      9 am 2 whole eggs with 10 grams ghee omelet
      10 - green soup (palak or broccoli or cauliflower or cabbage)
      11-1pm water 3-4 glasses
      1pm lunch 250 grams chicken burst or meal maker
      And mixed vegetables curry, very thin dal curry or sambar with 2 very thin roti. It should be transparent. Your palm size
      Cooking oil coconut oil or ghee
      Up to 5 pm water 4 glasses
      5pm - 5-6 papaya cuts or one apple
      Up to 7 pm 2 glasses water
      7pm raw rice 50 grams (after measuring cook)with 50 grams paneer with mixed vegetables curry
      Exercise must. Try to walk 10000 steps per day. You will loose weight 5-10 kgs in 3-4 months.
      Water 4 liters
      Oil - coconut
      Food measurement is must.

      I’m a knee pain patient nearly 60 years. Still my kids are studying. I have big family. I have many responsibilities. I’m doing all charity works from long back. I have lot and lots of responsibilities. Sorry andi. I cannot go out of house. My age concern. I need rest. I worked like bullock from my childhood. I don’t want any responsibility at this age. I’m becoming a senior citizen. My body and mind need lot of rest from now.
