Would like to clarify on the butter use in the ingredients? Is it 1 cup of butter on the cupcakes and 1 cup of butter on the frosting?

Hi! Yes, they both need their own butter and the measurements are: 8 TB (1 stick) for the cake, and 16 TB (2 sticks) of butter for the frosting.
