I rented one for a Florida trip 2 years ago. Since that time, I moved the family TO Florida and bought one of these! Amazing vehicle, especially if you have a big family. We feel safe as can be in our 2018 MAX!

That’s the smartest way to do it! We just bought a 2018 limited with 59,000 miles on it after adding the Ford extended warranty bumper to bumper we paid half of new retail price and still have the 6 year 60,000 mile warranty to boot.

It looks good but lets be honest for 70k they wont be flying out the dealers lot.
Great reveiw and car, but i prefer a car that has more legroom in the first and second row seats, so ill go with the suburban. The suburban offers way more tech and other helpful features, and is technically 3 inches longer and wider than the expedition max, making it roomier. Teen driver Technology is one of the technoogy features that the suburban has that the expedition max doesnt. Plus the suburban is built to last over 300,000-400,000 miles. On top of that, the exterior for the suburban is a great design all the way around, while the expedition max has a great front, but its sides and rear look like a bloated explorer. The suburban also offers a better. more quiet and comfortable interior, with more leg room. The suburban also offers way more special trims, such as z71, z71 midnight edition, texas edition, lt signature edition, rst, ltz rst, ls, lt, premiere, etc. With that said, the expedition max does better 9n towing, torque, and cargo, while the suburban does better with exterior design, interior design and comfortability, tech, offroading, driving ( because of better suspension, and magnetic driving control, which the expedition doesnt have!), legroom, etc.
That's great and all, but there are very very few people who actually need almost 4 feet of leg room. So you can say that you "prefer" it, but unless you're Shaq you're probably not actually using it.
Aside from that, the Suburban is uglier than the Expedition. Oh, you don't think so? No kidding, because it's subjective. Stating it like a fact is just silly. And lastly, it looks nothing like an Explorer. I mean, if you have eyes. All the cop cars around here are Explorers, they're far less boxy than this.
Car reviews still reviewing full size SUVs and Trucks as if a ford focus is a relevant alternative. You don't need to tell us how big it is compared to the average car. Compare it to the old expedition and the current suburban.

It's nice, but the 2018 Lincoln Navigator Black Label is the Best on the road. Most HP @450hp,, 510 ftlb/torque of any SUV, Most interior space, and best luxury interior of any SUV.

I’d rather buy the Suburban, because the Suburban looks better in the interior and exterior, offers more tech and sporty features, has better off-roading for the z71 edition, and is cheaper, and chevys tend to last longer.
No American made vehicle "tends to last long". And no, the Suburban is uglier.
