That stubby cabover is the cutest little thing I've ever seen. I want one.
The T-Series might be the best remaster yet, and definitely sets the bar for the rest that are to come. More than makes up for the janky "refresh" that the modern ETK's got (you know, the ones that made the Jbeam worst).
Yes this is setting a new standard for sure. I was told it was completely remade. Really like this update :)
Its good but its not the best. The truck still only has one engine and tbh i expected more like a logging trailer or a racr configuration.
I'm still disappointed we didn't get a coupe version for the 800 series

This totally reminds me of when the tow truck careened of the bridge onto the spillway in Terminator 2. Bonus fact, this also reminds me of the tractor I was assigned to when I started trucking 19 years ago.

I'm sensing some Terminator 2 vibes with that dump truck. Replace the box with a tow body, black all over and it'll be chasing a kid on a small dirt bike in no time.
I never realized the T-series trucks are strong and solid mfs.
It feel a lot more realistic now. But hope they strengthen the front suspension on the cab-over variant. I think it is a bit weaker then the regular T-Series with the long good.

@@CrashHardThey use the same front suspension, there's just more weight directly over the axle on the cabover, so the impacts are harder and it bends easier

I am not from USA so I don't know much about this, but are these small and short cabovers used for normal deliveries or they are used to maneuver trailers in places like speditions, harbors etc? I'm just curious
I'm not sure myself.
these types of trucks used to be commonplace in the US in order to have as long of a trailer as possible while meeting the "maximum vehicle length" regulations that were in place at the time. Sometime in the '70s or '80s the regulations changed and the conventional cab trucks you see today took over.
@@frj3289 Oh, that's interesting, thank you! I thought that this tiny trucks were used for towing trailers in small areas because in my country (Poland) very small locomotives are used for placing and connecting freight wagons in bases, industrial areas or coalmines
@@frj3289yeah, you rarely ever see a cab over on the road in the USA anymore (you'll see one or two every now and again). I remember seeing a lot of the orange (schneider) international cab overs up until the early to mid 90s, but after that they pretty much went poof.
The one thing many people didn't like about cab overs is that you had a bit less room in the cab due to the engine hump. you would have to crawl over the engine hump just to get to the bed if you had a sleeper vs just walking to the bed in a standard cab.
I like how a cab over looks on the outside, but I don't really care for them on the inside.

Does anyone find it odd that's they're no drop axels,for some of the t series
You don't see many drop axels on tucks in many parts of the USA. The only ones I see that usually do are the specifically built trucks meant for heavy haul, and even then not all those trucks have them.
@@madmax2069 for me I do , mostly the dump trucks tho ,but I live out of town but close to highways and a small town so I see quite a bit
@@madmax2069 and the reason I'm saying that is because on the t series it's self there is a big gap on the big dump truck (like you can fit two dump axles,which we have in PA where I live,now I mostly see one drop axel but I do see two sometimes

Американ трак симулятор просто отсасывает в физике у этой игры
