Just picked up my dday today, my D-Day doesn’t have the connector but the green side has a fuse , so if anyone else has this if you want to do what I did, I took the fuse out of the quick match on the green side and slide in the yellow sleeve by the connector on the primary side. Green always means "Passfiire" or to speed it up if it ain't got a Finale built in. Of course some folks wouldn't know this because they've never shot "Professional Fireworks" before. Green never means GO Pyros!!!
So was this a fuck up on bdh end? I'm sure most people agree that the cake is set up to be fired backwards and that's why people regardless of experience are asking about the first and second fuse
@@donscrilla7171 No, this is a 1.3 finale cake that has a BDH wrap on it. However like GA said most people have never shot pro stuff. Everyone assumed Green means go, however in the 1.3 world red is usually the first shot.

@@Jonathan_Camps Yup. it's sweet whichever way it goes up but still I'm going to use the fuse they supplied to light the first fuse. I love how the effects change leading up to a sky full of willows and pairing it with demonic corona is going to be kick ass imo
These instructions work only if it’s labeled correctly. Best way to check direction is poking holes at the bottom and finding which row of tubes have pink fuse running in them. That row is finale row.
Fr. Mines a gold top aswell and according to the sticker the “main fuse” is the green connector but in the video the green one lights it up backwards. 🤔
@@louie_macgyver I’m going to take a chance and put the fuse on the red connector because the store where i got it from did a demo and im assuming they lit the main fuse thats probably why it went backwards. But like you said we’ll see 😭
@@jjpyro198 I wouldn’t from what I was told by the person I bought said it’s a new cake they fix that problem I’m gonna trust his word and go ahead and hit that main fuse 🤷♂️
You could also just add some visco into the red connector and tape that up, same concept
