Thank you for this walk through. As a former consultant and now business owner, I was always intrigued by Process Street but never implemented it until now! Great work.
Great video. I'm looking at a platform that will accomodate a model requiring a considerable amount back-and-forth tasking between internal team (account reps / project managers) and external (client project contact) as we take the client project from start to finish. Also concerned with the client facing user experience -- as it needs to pretty straightforward. One more spec to consider -- we would need to share documents/files between internal and external teams for review along the project workflow. Thoughts in this? THANKS!
If we have multiple clients for whom we need to assign the same process (which we define in process street), would you recommend us to depend on Project management tool (like Trello or Infinity) to integrate with Zapier or is there a way to add multiple clients in Process Street itself
Hi there! When you create a checklist template in Process Street, you can run as many instances of the template, called workflow runs. In each one of these instances, you can populate client data for each of your clients. These sit and run separately of one another. So in short, yes - you can use process street to run the same workflow for multiple clients. It's great for that! That being said Process Street is not meant to have any sort of client profile functionality, so if that is what you are looking for - you may want to look at a project management solution if you are managing more of an initiative for a client. The Process V Project Management portion of the video sheds some more light on this topic - ruclips.net/video/GgiaVbwdOLs/видео.html Again, this all depends on your specific use case - if you have any further questions or want to get more into detail, you can reach out to adam@buildtheprocess.io!
Hi Hermine! Process Street does not offer a native add on for time tracking/cost management. Depending on your use case, there may be a number of ways to work around this though. We're happy to talk further if that does not answer your question. Thanks!

Hi there, we'd highly recommend building workflows on your computer. While they do have a mobile app, we prefer the desktop

Is there an add-on for time tracking and/or cost management?
