I mean... that's a good question, I guess? It's like, the outfit doesn't depend on the Persona, but more like the Persona depends on the outfit.
Joker's rebellious will manifested as a phantom thief, like the fictional character Arsene Lupin. The only way Satanael could be his initial Persona was if Joker was very interested in the Bible and, instead of wanting to rebel against the corrupt society, wanted to rebel against God instead.
Either way, he would probably get Lucifer or Satan before he got Satanael. And if his perception of rebellion is the first rebel, then either he'll look like a blackened Angel or he'll look like a righteous demon.
Either way, his mask would probably be much more terrifying.

@@McTrollenstein I'd just use a Max magic Alice with black viper,that one skill that half's magic attacks and immune to her weakness. Also had an OP Odin for buff with the best Yoki. I slapped around reaper on hard in P5. Royal gonna even more fun.

Megidolaon is better multiple targets cheaper and only slightly less dmg
@@temp1326 Each has its use, but generally you'd carry around a Lucifer for a multiple target almighty spell, unless you REALLY wanna be saving your SP.
Hiro in p5 vanilla black viper only did 1% more damage, did they patch that because it seemed like a bug more than anything

Now THAT is very fitting for his lore. I really really LOVE it! (And that effect, +50% damage to [all/magic {?}] skills stackable is just demonic in itself.)

I believe it’s a reference to SMT, the race of demons that are made up of devil figures like Lucifer are called the Demon Lord race in Japanese, while in English they are part of the Tyrant race.

Tyrant's mind strengthens all skills, magical and physical both. So yeah, almighty counts.
Do Amp skills stack with Tyrant's Mind?
If so, the Satanael legit becomes the best elemental attacker in the game

I don't even have my compendium finished yet still got a little to go and my Izunagi okami picaro has 10 less magic yet it does 3 times the damage as sataenel its truly that busted haha.
I think ino picaro was literally made for people who already had beat the original and didnt want to fuse shit again lol

That's so cool! Satanael is definitely one of my favorite Personas. I used Abbadon and Satanael as my only two Personas when I beat Caroline and Justine in their fight in the vanilla P5. But how did you get so much money to do those though!?

@Cynical sadly that's no longer possible, cause they made it so that bosses only have it one round

And don't forget money reading, that increase the money you gain if you defeat an enemy with an All-Out Attack, something that Ryuji's instakill ability counts as.

Imagine if you got a fusion accident while trying to make Satanael
I anticipate good luck for myself (based on past experience) if I happen to trigger a fusion accident during a Fusion Alarm. Most memorable accident I've had would easily be from Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne (or simply SMT 3): while trying to fuse a High Pixie (level 13 in that game) I get a fusion accident and get *MICHAEL* (level 91!). I was floored, I probably spent a good five minutes just staring at the screen in disbelief....and then promptly running and saving the game.
Oh, and in the original version of P5, the first time I did a "Public Execution" I wound up getting Lilith (who was around 10 levels above my current level at the time IIRC).
So, I tend to get lucky when Fusion Accidents happen. :P

So, I’m trying to make almighty satanael build and I’m confused. There’s multiple amps and boost things. So, first the trait which strengthens all skills by 50%. I also have almighty amp and boost. I’m planning on getting tyrants mind too. Which skills should I put in? Do they all stack?

I'm not sure that this persona can be called ultimate, as stat growth is still 2/3 of the maximum... as such, having one Amp (50%) and one boost (25%) can legit out damage any skill by Satanael with 99 STR and/or 99 Mag... I do want to know if that Tyrant's Mind skill can be inherited when fusing, as it can be used to further amplify other persona's damage specialized builds.
Any skills can be inherited besides trait. You have to fuse persona in order to move traits over

Me too because I had saw Michael earlier but I couldn't fuse him because my level was too low and when I was able to the only one who would show up was Orpheus

Hey guys random question what skill/passive should I put on my satanael? I got lv99, Black Viper, Almighty Boost, Amp, Tyrant's Mind, Magic Ability, Spell Master, and Victory cry. Last slot is basically free (I have a support persona already separately so just passives pls)
Maybe ali dance to make satanael impossible to hit
I know this is likely useless info now but angelic grace and I think magic mastery?(cost reduced by half skill can’t remember the name) would be good choices
Why not throw in Megidolaon?
If you don’t wanna, Ali Dance is a great pick, Firm Stance would work if you wanna tank instead of dodge, or something like Insta-Heal or Enduring Soul aren’t bad choices either.
The trait you gave him could also affect your choice if there’s a skill that synergizes w it.
megidolaon for aoe damage, not having it for multi target fights is annoying
edit: if the trait is pagan allure you need to fuse him again- pagan allure doesn’t go over the damage boost cap. but something like will of the sword does. futsunushi is required for uriel, who is required for michael, who is required for satanael. will of the sword is futsunushi’s trait

@@Latency345 Both. Satanael requires Lucifer, Satan, Ishtar, Michael, Anzu, and Arsene. You also need to be at least Level 95 if you don't have the Twins Confidant Maxed out, as well as a crapload of money.
