I find your videos very useful for my training. Thanks. I have a question. As a breaststroker what kind of fins do you use? They seem the standard ones but I can’t do a good frog kick with them. Greetings from Argentina.
Thank you! I use arena short fins but you can't do breaststroke kick with them. When I use fins with breaststroke pull, I'm doing either flutter or dolphin kick. You can get breaststroke fins but I can't say they're worth it. Gracias por mirar!
In the first round of the world cup Marchand went 13.75 with one stroke in the heats of the 200breastroke. I'm curious to know what you can do with your pull outs.
Not sure, but now I'm curious too. From a push during practice wearing a brief I can go 15low with two strokes, so from a start in a tech suit with a shave, I could probably get pretty close. I've got almost 50 lbs on him, so that definitely helps on the dive and pulldown.

@ Thanks for the reply!!! I will try pulling with flutter or dolphin kick.
@@tomasquindt5702 pulling with flutter kick is one of the best drills for breast, just be sure to keep your legs up at the surface
James, where do you get your stretch cords from that you use in the water?
