btw for anyone else watching this works for other games other than gta sa I used it on guitar hero 3 and it worked
For all those who still have ghosting after changing all these settings.... the only 2 options you really need to change to get rid of the ghosting effect while still keeping the luminosity (glow of the ps2 version) are: Under Game Properties (Press ESC while game is running) change Auto Flush to Enabled, SKIP DRAW START to 3, and SKIP DRAW END to 7. ;)
tried this got more ghosting on my screen

yes bro if you use the right patch.
Auto flush is enabled but ghosting is still there :(
It worked for me you can go to patch settings and enable ghosting off patch but it will turn off orange atmosphere of gta san andreas ps2.

I can't give you a direct link. However if you search on Google cd romance GTA San Andreas ps2 usa iso than you can find the game easily that's where i downloaded my GTA San Andreas.

@OneDeep youtube doesn't allow piracy anymore. Giving direct link of a rom or a pirated game on a video or comment and youtube will remove that link or sometimes even gives a copyright strike.

Does NOT work in the slightest. ASUS TUF F15 NVIDA 3060. Ghosting/bluring is exactly the same smh

Hey, does anyone know how to fix this? so when I get around top speed in gta sa at the end of each corner of my screen, weird textures of building and other random stuff show up but only on the left and right sides but when I slow down they slowly go away, any ideas what's causing this?
That’s a normal ps2 bug. Unfixable get use to it.

When you open your pcsx2 right click on your game and then click on properties then go to graphics and go to Rendering option there will be a option manual Hardware Renderer Fixes. That should enable your hardware fixes (:

im sorry bro but with 60fps patch pcsx2 needs a good gpu. but if you play without the 60fps patch and play on cap 30fps it should work flawlessly.

I use a Xbox controller as well but my character isnt moving on its on. Maybe you should check your controller with another game bro.

I followed your settings and when on foot the ghosting is gone only it appears again when driving fast in a vehicle
you can use a patch to turn of ghosting effect but it will turn off all ps2 gta san andreas orange atmosphere
it will look like pc version.
It doesn’t let me paste it in da cheat section, does it have to be put in da game folder first?
Enable cheats in pcsx2 settings and then go to where ever you install pcsx2 and then there will be a cheats folder then copy paste the patch and it will work
