    We don’t drink coffee or alcohol, or smoke…we are still trying to have a kid after miscarriages….hard to see other people get knocked up when they smoke, drink, and are not even married but they have kids (this is including family members) but we are trying to do it right but no luck. Trying to keep hope tho…

    I'm so sorry for your losses & Praise God! That you were able to find someone to listen to you & give you advice & that you were able to conceive again successfully, with twins.
    My husband tried to conceive for a year, i finally became pregnant, I successfully surprised my husband & his parents & I experienced our first loss in Feb of last year, it was a blighted ovum pregnancy. I lost so much blood, I passed out twice & had to perform an emergency d & c. It was a very traumatic experience, I had suffered PTSD, trouble sleeping for like a month, very jumpy & we were very emotional. After I was healed completely after 2-3wks. We prayed & agreed to try again. I became pregnant again in September. We waited until we heard a heart beat to share this news this time. Seeing a heartbeat gave us hope, but I still miscarried. Again super emotional, I had to be put on meds that put me into labor, so labor without a baby. This is our 3rd pregnancy, praying & hoping it will be successful. This video was encouraging, Thank you for sharing! I'm gonna suggest
    these tips.
    I pray for everyone to be comforted & I claim successful pregnancies to everyone trying & who have had multiple miscarriages etc. I pray for hope, peace consume you both. I pray that you both are able to comfort each other, this prayer is for every married couple who have been trying & those who have been struggling. My encouragement is to lean into God as well.

    I am so happy to see for once , couples addressing the male factor in recurrent pregnancy loss/inability to get pregnant. Ladies, your partner is at least 50% of the issue in RPL if it’s due to chromosomal abnormalities. Push to get your partners checked!!!

    Wow you guys are amazing. I just experienced my first miscarriage at 6 weeks and it was devastating. How you say it chips away at your excitement, could not be more true. I don't think I'll be as excited when I see another positive. Also, nothing prepares you for the physical pain of a miscarriage. I have also decided to be done with coffee no matter what others think. Thankfully, my bf and I do not drink alcohol. Thank you so so much for this video. Congrats on the twins! I am also a twin myself.

I have just had my first miscarriage at nearly 10 weeks. And how long after yout miscarriage did you get Ur period. I have a healthy 11 year old boy so I'd never experience any of this. I'm so sorry Melissa.. it's such an awful experience. I'm thinking of you xx with both miscarriages it took approximately 5-weeks until I got my period back after the miscarriage bleed finished. We always waited another cycle to start trying to try and allow the walls of my uterus to build up again too. It's frustrating waiting and having that extra time constraint put there :( sending you lots of love x

    Hello there and I would like to say congratulations on your twin pregnancy and May you have a successful and healthy pregnancy and I would like to share a recent pregnancy loss experience, I had a miscarriage last year November 2022 up to 7 wks with no heart development or any visuals or signs of a heartbeat it was just a round sac and then this year, I found out I was pregnant again in April 2023 I had went to the ER on Good Friday for a bad kidney/bladder infection and found out I was pregnant and saw a tiny baby sac forming and developing and then followed up with GYN 2 wks after 1st trimester sono and saw 2 sacs 2 fetuses and heard both heartbeats was the best thing I heard and seen and just couldn’t believe I had twins inside me, and I announced my pregnancy to my family on Mother’s Day, and a week after on a Sunday morning, I woke up to empty my bladder and it happened again the painful cramping and that feeling of the passing something 😢 we rushed to the hospital ER but it was too late and time that was not on our side all I remember was I soaked a towel that was under me on the car seat and when I got up it was like a murder scene filled with 🩸 and all the medical staff and security rushed out with a stretcher outside the ER entrance and everything was just happening so fast and once medical removed my bottoms that’s when they all saw everything was already out and the GYN there told me I’m sorry I didn’t even get to my 2nd trimester sono appt or repeat the blood work to know the sec of my twins and I did everything right just for my health and for my pregnancy, that’s what crushed me the most I’m so broken at this moment I cry every time and from the start of this pregnancy it has been very painful and the heart burn was bad, just out of control but my health before pregnancy was already complicated and GYN wasn’t too fond of my pregnancy too it was more of them repeating my risks of and if I bleed again this pregnancy can turn into a miscarriage and seen the GYN bedside that day too and asked if I had any questions, and I said “well here we are like and just like you said too” this isn’t a moment of happiness unfortunately, I miss the feeling in my belly I miss every moment every second of my pregnancy and specially when it’s a twin pregnancy but I never got to know what my twins were going to be, I got up to 13 wks and that same week I was scheduled to find out the sex by sono and blood work but this miscarriage came sooner, it just sucks and 3 miscarriages, 4 losses so to all moms trying, to moms who are expecting, and on their way to delivery, I hope you have a successful pregnancy and May you have a healthy pregnancy and May everything turn out to be what you wanted as well, successful and healthy babies

    Sorry, two questions: what was it that you were drinking as a coffee substitue? And would you possibly be able to let me know which tests your naturopath requested from the Dr? I have had folate and homocysteine tested but that's it so far.

    • @ElleHerself
      @ElleHerself  3 года назад

      Im not sure if you have Instagram, but if you do I have saved my fave coffee substitutes to my KETO COFFEE highlight. I really liked Teechino (I found out I had a gluten sensitivity, so I couldn’t have another substitute that’s available at the supermarket called Caro or Inka is another brand). And as for tests, I don’t have the blood test referrals anymore 💔 if I did I would be able to confirm. We had a LOT of tests that our naturopath referred us for, she was extremely thorough and wanted to check everything! I can’t recommend working with a naturopath who specialises in women’s health / fertility more! It’s so helpful having their guidance 💛

      Twins don’t run in either of our families! It was just pure luck that when I ovulated I released two eggs that month 🤗 we were tracking everything very closely to see how the lifestyle changes + supplements were going to make any tweaks and my blood test that month 7-days post ovulation was sky high, indicating I had DEFINITELY ovulated. Dave also found out he’d improved his sperm morphology massively - so the combination of the two was really good timing. The only changes we had made by then were directed by our naturopath (lifestyle + supplements) so what we were doing was moving us in the right direction 💞
