- Everyone should know how to play this song! Another essential campfire classic for sure. We'll take apart the iconic intro riff as well as the chords and strumming pattern. And, as always - we'll do a slow playalong and then a full speed playalong toward the end. Fun!

Well worth it Jimmy - cheers! Shane
Great lesson Shane. You do a great job of explaining the songs for all levels of guitarists. Most of the songs you teach are straight off my playlist. Thanks again and keep them coming
Thanks Shane. I appreciate the "fancy parts". How about some Canadian Raaawk, like Little Bones by the Hip, Let it Ride by BTO, some April Wine tunes, Go For Soda by Kim Mitchell etc.? Never leave out the "fancy parts".🎸🎶🤓
Hey - thank you Ray - So much great Canadian music - we are a talented (and good looking....) bunch for sure. Best to you, Shane
Thanks for this! I just got a Beat Buddy and I'm having a blast with it. Downloaded some extra songs to it. That looper looks great, too!
Fabulous! The Beatbuddy is literally my best friend - always using it. It connects to the Aeros looper and they work together seamlessly. Absolutely super. Best to you Geoff - keep me posted, Shane
@@GuitarAtWork Thanks, Shane. Always enjoy your videos. Sweet looking Taylor, by the way.
Hi Shane, another great video. I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking how great it would be if you were to put up an instructional video on how to use some of the features of the aeros looper and beat buddy and how you've got it set up in your rig...
👍👍 very cool
Good session. Learned stuff! I'd love to see you do "Cruel to Be Kind" by Nick Lowe. Always one of my favs...
Thanks Matt - great suggestion. Cheers, Shane
Muito bom 👍👏👏

Hi Shane this is Tim. I really love the lessons you bring to your channel. Your lessons are easy to follow and you make them fun. Just a little background on myself I started playing guitar when I was about 10 years and was in a local garage band playing at junior highs in church dances and then life got in the way and I didn't play the guitar for many many years. My brother-in-law passed away last year and left me some really nice guitars and I started playing again.. It's kind of like riding a bike and things came back fairly quickly. I'm having no problem with most chords and rhythms but continue to struggle playing some lead guitar. You have any pointers for playing some lead guitar ?
Thanks Tim - glad you’re back at it and enjoying. I have a couple of lead guitar videos on this channel that may help you. Look for the lead guitar playlist. Cheers, Shane
Do you have a video of pianoman?
I wish everyone was as happy as you playing the guitar
Ha! Thank you Matt - that is one of the best comments I've ever received.....and there have been thousands of them. My very best to you and always glad to have you here with us. Cheers! Shane
Do something by this guy I picked a song at random and like your teaching style but I'm not a beginner just like to learn everything and you cover great stuff just seems fast without the ornaments 😂
Thanks Dan - hope you enjoy, Cheers, Shane
shane gonna do folsom prison blues please. If not could you check singular sounds beat of 103 cause I cant get that to work its very slow(does anyone agree)
Too cute
Thank you! Shane
Hmmph ! I can play the Barre.. I just cant change to a Barre 😖 Even coming of the A early... Doh !
Just keep at it Kizzy - isolate it. Throw on a movie and just practice going from A to F#m a million times. Before you know it you've nailed it. Cheers, Shane
How much coffee have you drank today lol ooooof
Ha! Seriously I only had one! Cheers, Shane
@Guitar At Work on a real note kind sir , thanks for the tips . Learning this to play for my mom.
Crying is better
That's a great song for sure - I've just added it to the list. Thanks Dan! Shane
