This is impressive. I tried it out and it worked so well. I put too much weight on my wrist before that made myself fall immediately. Thank you so much❤❤
Man I love you, been learning handstand for 2 weeks Found your video, I was like meh but still watch it Then I tried and miracle comes Just did my very first 3 secs handstand thanks to you :)
Incredibly!!! This saved my handstand. I had everything, the strength, the flexibility and the line for it but I couldn’t figure it out the balance exactly. Tried this for the first time and every single try worked and I was able to hold the handstand!!! Thank you so much, just what I needed! Much love! 🙏🏻❤️
Wow I can really feel the difference even on the first try and now see where I've been going wrong by leaning back on my hands too much! In hindsight I wasn't really putting my weight towards the middle of my hand at all! Thanks so much, and subbed!
Nice video man . I was struggling to hold a handstand because I was always falling back . But after watching this video i did a handstand against the wall then it became a lot easier for me to balance and soon I was able to master the handstand.
A super-duper drill to do is to do the handstand (the best you can) and push back down with your fingers. do it a few times and find the perfect balance point, it gets really easy after a while! I really hope this helps someone.
Yup, on purpose. Push with your fingers back onto your feet. It does two things. strengthens your fingies, and helps you find the perfect balance spot!
Ha, no idea. I didn't count. To be honest I dont even think I have the handstand "mastered" yet! But I also am not very diligent in practicing, (my excuse, summer construction job.) I also haven't been diligent in uploading videos:( hopefully, that changes.
Hey, Tappers!! I don't know if your know me from other messages on the past, but I'm Torch. I wanted to thank you for everything you do for us Traceurs and aspiring runners. It's been really hard for me to get started in a native parkour setting, knowing how Arkansas is, but I persevere and do my best to matter my passion, aside from art and music. Parkour and freerunning are two of my passions. They help me cope with my stress, and thus really help me stay strong and fired up. I have do many problems, but I'm going to start with this one, which hopefully we'll leaf top more help in the near future. I have a blister on my left hand that formed after I used the apartment rails of the apartments I'm staying at for now. I used a pair of plumber's gloves and made them fingerless, and it WORKED SO GOOD. But I used it, and I believe the friction and the heat of the rail against my gloves came into play. I really REALLYwant to continue training, but my blister... -__- Just please tell me how to train with this. I feel it would hinder some my training in the process if I taped it up, but I think it would do more harm than good training without protection. My email is alexzabel22@gmail.com. Feel few to email me, and if you could, I would really appreciate it if you helped me onto my difficult journey to becoming one of the greatest Traceurs that have ever leapt the face of Earth's urban and suburban settings. Good bless you two, and VIVAT IGNIS! 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I never followed any routine, any training program, I was just kicking up and try to handstand. After 4 months, I could stay about 5 seconds with my knee bended and a bad form. I then paused for almost 2 years, no handstand training at all. Later in octomber 2019, I started again, and didn't follow any training routines or special exercises and now, I can hold a handstand with perfect form(no banana shape) for 53 seconds. I'm a self-taught "handstander". P.S. I'm 15 yo now
I wish I could get a video and send it to you but I can’t because I don’t think I was some videos so I am able to you can stand and stand walking handstand push-up
Are you supposed to keep your core flexed and sucked in? How do you prevent getting an aneurysm while in handstand position- my eyes always turn red even while breathing and feel like theyre going to pop out of my skull.
Comes with time. Do you practice holding your handstands against the wall? The more exposure you have to being upside down, the more your body learns to regulate the bloodflow and prevent having it all rush to your head. I've been handstanding for 18ish months and found personally that it just gradually stopped pressuring my skull as time went on.
Now I can hold my handstand for 9 seconds thank tappbrothers +1 sub
