    My biggest problem is how slick the case is, It's just like a bar of soap. Sometime it doesn't connect and I have to mess with it until it does. Mine do work while the case is dead though.

    You need to manually connect to the buds in Bluetooth settings if you have a dead case.

      So I bought them and have been using them for 3-4 weeks now. And I am very happy with the beats. I can’t compare them to the AirPods Pro, but compared to my Bose 700s and older AirPods 2nd gen I think they have the best of both: Logh in ear design I can use for much longer comfortably compared to the over ear style, plus all of the apple conveniences. I would even dare to say that ANC is better from the Bose 700s.
      I still have some crackling in my music - same as with the Bose ones - when I listen to loud and base heavy music or with certain heights, but overall the sound quality is on par for me with the Bose ones. But I’m. I audiophile.

    • @CachedOut

      I’ve heard that too but I personally haven’t had any issues with the tips. I use them everyday for workouts and daily tasks. They don’t feel fragile, they’re rubbery and flexible. unless you’re really pulling on them regularly or leaving them in a harsh environment you shouldn’t have an issue.

      I've heard of this as well. I can only imagine that if you are someone that uses these things a ton and are harsh with them, then they'll fail as shown on reddit. Compare that to another scenario where you don't use them so heavily and are a little careful with them, then they should be fine. I guess it all comes down to how you treat/handle them.

    All iPhones use lightning port still. Apple used the lightning port for airpods because they are made for iphone users only really. Yes you can use airpods with an Android device but you lose the perks. Even with the pros. The beats branded buds are made with Android users in mind as well since they do include an app and you get everything you would on an iOS device minus the hey Siri functionality. That's why it uses USB type C on beats products

    Love your video, i think i have decided to buy it since your review after months is rare to see. But i do have 1 question won't be difficult to watch movies laying down on the bed side ways or maybe even sleeping with the earbuds? Will it not accidental touch the physical button hence either pause the movie/music or possible spoil it while sleeping on it?

    • @CachedOut

      Hey! Yes, if you sleep with both in, the controls are pretty sensitive. You could maybe sleep with one in on the opposite side. In terms of staying in ear, they stay in pretty well though.

    I have this over a week now. I discovered two things. When listenIng metal music, for example Harvester of sorrow by Metallica, there is close to none cymbal sound. I compared to my existing earbuds difference is huge. Secondly, vocals, especially women and highs in general is too harsh it even hurts my ears to listen for a long period of time. Is my unit defective? What do you think?

    I have been investigating these. It is common for these to be Chinese "FAKES" or clones and it's difficult to tell if they are by pure visual observation. Do yours connect to the Android or IOS app ok? That is one thing they say clones don't do in another video here.

      @derred723 2 года назад

      yep they are way too hard. I have some old wired buds with a similar tip design but the rubber is way more comfortable because it's much softer and bendable. Also it's rounded more so it not nearly as aggressive on your ears. I love having the hook. its why i bought them because airpods don't stay in and i added third party hooks that are a pain an move around a lot. But it could be softer.
