Please be mindful though that research has shown that ACV is NOT a clarifier and should not replace shampoo as it does not remove oils and dirt like a shampoo can. It can remove bacteria from the scalp, but is not effective at removing build up. It is great to use, as you mentioned, to perform the other tasks you listed following on from your shampoo.

A us natural hair woman who is also scientist made some tests to see if acv really wash hair. And at her microscope she saw that the hair keeps dirt after acv rinse. I don't know in which conditions she did it.

What is does is help to reduce bacteria on the scalp and help lower the ph of the hair and scalp and the cuticles, which may give the hair a glossy appearance.

I use this after a wash with a shampoo bar. Nothing else. Leaves my hair and scalp lovely

I had in my knotless braids and tied it up for this video! It was basically blown out and placed in small braids for a while. I hope that helps x
