I really admire what these guys doing and i love the gym, i hoping 1 day i can get my dream gym also,i started a kickboxing /crossfit gym 2 months ago with actually no cash ,spawn combat club, my last place of training was at the road at my moms home,i trained in the road to avoid giving up on everything. i'm from trinidad.
I would love to work out with Dana n Rob n Ron feels like I get better results and need that extra push working out with stronger people. If Dana was my trainer Shiiiiiiit 😊

If I lifted like that, I'd have those big as shoulders too because that's naturally my body type. I choose to go the other direction and do puny ballet arms because I want feminine arms. The second I use weights, my shoulders and upper arms get ripped!

He also filmed all of Phil Health's DVD's there. We have taken MUTANT there to film before, back in 2013, before MUTANT ON A MISSION. We are due for another visit.
