If you plug it in then hold the PS4 button underneath headphone volume it should say chat audio then click on that and change it to all audio PS The mic is terrible
I used to use my IPhone headphones to play GTA5 online all the time on my ps4, then I upgraded to a ps4 pro and and I can’t do it anymore with the new PS4 pro controller, the headphones part works but not the microphone anymore.
Honestly i have a hyper x but use the apple ear pods because they dont mess with my hair i suggest to buy a michrophone that has a USB that can be used as a Mic
My old Samsung headphones from a Galaxy s2 work without this Trick. If i use real headphones it wont work on the new Controller. On the old 1 i just have to Plug it Out and in 1 time very fast and it works. So it seems the new Controller makes some problems.
