u didnt get banned basically when u join a game it sends u to a roblox app and then the account which got deleted is logged in the app so u need to log out of the banned account on the app and hit play on the website again

Olix the reason is because your account from the website does not match the deleted account from the roblox client therefore you have to log out of the deleted account in the roblox client
