Though I am not often, and more precisely, have not been scared, spooked, despaired, nor hopeless as long as I can remember; as a current service member, and veteran of foreign war, inducted in ceremony after returning from a place i would else never have known, yet had survived being fired upon in; the only thing besides failing my duly bound charges or mission set before us which invokes any feeling akin to the aforementioned or simply fear, is the loss or otherwise uncontrollable harm borne upon a child of mine in my absence and hence beyond my prevention. All that said, this one does not fail to light up my spidey sense.
Furthermore, I have witnessed first hand despair and hopelessness. It is often wrought upon the faces of civilians residing in what once was home, and now is a war zone. Horror can barely begin to describe what they endure.
You know I’ve listened to probably all of the narrators for these stories, but with everyone else I find it hard to get into the story and be immersed. But when I found your channel I’m always able to get immersed into the story. Your talent is amazing and I greatly appreciate your hard work. As I’ve been binge watching all of your videos!

I've only recently found your channel, but I'm so glad I did! I absolutely love your narrations and the choice of stories. And the way you sort of break the forth wall and interact with the listeners at the beginning of each video really helps build the atmosphere and gives us that "old radio show" horror-vibe. Love it!

"There is something out there... lurking in the snow..." No idea why I listen to these at 3 AM but I still end up sleeping, that voice though. Sometimes it sounds like your talking to somebody in a dark room at a table while sitting in a chair, like a secret meeting.

OMG!!!!! I was scrolling through your volt and as I was scrolling back up my thumb landed on “Five Months …….” And the opening Welcome to…. Your voice sounded like a chipmunk!!!! The doors were there opening n closing and the the famous words of “let’s sit down with your favorite drink and listen”. I let it go into the story and the base was back in your voice! Oh soo much better n soothing. I’ve been in bed for 36 hours with health conditions and I have not been able to stay awake through a whole story!!! Some I play 4-5 times n I get the gist of the story and move onto the next. Thank you for all the time n effort you put into helping your listeners relax and drift off to sleep. When I was listening to your story for the first time, I was relaxing with my favourite drink. And then I heard you say "relax with your favourite drink" and you had me. Also, your voice is the best and I never heard the stories you tell before. And, this is not a joke, but my dog always relaxes besides me while I'm listening to you. I think she likes your voice too.
I decided to treat myself and go through the Doc’s most viewed videos, although I’m a fairly recent subscriber (only a few months or so). I’m glad I did, I encourage all the newbies to also do this. Obviously if you already like his current stuff, you can only gain good/even better experiences by also hearing his most listened to stories.

Working at the south pole actually pays pretty well from what I hear. But you have to deal with the extreme cold, the hurricane force storms that happen weekly, constantly clearing away snow from equipment, the 6 months of darkness, and getting T3 syndrome (a temporary brain disorder that makes you feel slightly drunk all the time)

This story was really good! It reminded me of the other story you read about a group of people locked into a facility that slowly stopped sleeping and started to have delusions.
Woo! that was a great story! I knew something was wrong with the Idea that a private person was funding an antarctic expedition with the intent to colonize because only governments and those given explicit permission are allowed down there. I love it when a story is well thought out like that. Great choice! The Hebrew and the demons were a nice touch that made it feel like some cross between the exorcist and john carpenter's the thing! The narration was excellent and immersive as well. You have a voice that lends itself very well to the genre.
Antartica is a great setting for a creepy pasta. It has an interesting history ripe with conspiracy theories. I hope you have the opportunity to narrate more from this setting. This story was very good as well. I enjoyed it a lot.

I've only recently found your channel, but I'm so glad I did! I absolutely love your narrations and the choice of stories. And the way you sort of break the forth wall and interact with the listeners at the beginning of each video really helps build the atmosphere and gives us that "old radio show" horror-vibe. Love it!
Dr C always bringing in the goodies with those 40min-1hr+ pastas. I can't stand listening to ads on my phone and going through like 10 videos or going to compilations and having to be like "oh heard this one, gotta skip, have I heard this one???, Where am I?, oh, fuck it."

OMG!!!!! I was scrolling through your volt and as I was scrolling back up my thumb landed on “Five Months …….” And the opening Welcome to…. Your voice sounded like a chipmunk!!!! The doors were there opening n closing and the the famous words of “let’s sit down with your favorite drink and listen”. I let it go into the story and the base was back in your voice! Oh soo much better n soothing. I’ve been in bed for 36 hours with health conditions and I have not been able to stay awake through a whole story!!! Some I play 4-5 times n I get the gist of the story and move onto the next. Thank you for all the time n effort you put into helping your listeners relax and drift off to sleep. You truly are a gift!!!!

Working at the south pole actually pays pretty well from what I hear. But you have to deal with the extreme cold, the hurricane force storms that happen weekly, constantly clearing away snow from equipment, the 6 months of darkness, and getting T3 syndrome (a temporary brain disorder that makes you feel slightly drunk all the time)

I knew something was wrong with the Idea that a private person was funding an antarctic expedition with the intent to colonize because only governments and those given explicit permission are allowed down there. I love it when a story is well thought out like that. Great choice!
The Hebrew and the demons were a nice touch that made it feel like some cross between the exorcist and john carpenter's the thing!
The narration was excellent and immersive as well. You have a voice that lends itself very well to the genre.
