WOW this is really helpful. Let me ask for evidence of email and chats with my partner, do I print them? Coz I know they don't allow phones. And do I print our entire convo since we started talking or just a sample? I hope to do such a video once our marriage-based visa is approved. We are still waiting for them to call me for an interview, my husband applied Dec 2020 but I guess it's coz of Covid that's why it's taking long. Is it possible for you to give the financial estimates for your kind of visa?

Hi I'd love to visit my boyfriend who is a US citizen, and I'm still a student, kindly what kind of documents do I need and when you applies for being visa why did you get denied when you were still a student just list them for me
I did have strong evidences to show I’ll go back to Kenya after my visit!

@@janetahago7133 Like a letter from your school stating you're a student (if you're a student) or a letter from your employer confirming you have a job that you'll come back to. Hope this helps

What if you are being sponsored or rather you don’t have that much money in your account? Will they still need you to present your bank statements?
If you’re sponsored is different they’ll ask to see how much the one sponsoring you earns & their taxes

How will the embassy know that we haven't dated for 2 years? Did they ask you to prove if you were dating for 2 years?
Yes you have to have some proves of him coming to see you, flight tickets and some messages & emails
No, its not a requirement to date for 2 years. You file within 2 years after meeting , so if you met oct 2021 after oct 2023 you can't file.
People date for 3 /4/5 months they file K1 and get approved.
