Good Vid. I have some Nixplay scattered around. Make a slideshow with some random audio tossed in to spice it up. I started having soem art "worth haning" just matted on coroplast and put in mylarr bags. Then I can pop them in and out of frames when I want.
Well I suppose if you really wanted to have them full size you could hang a TV on the wall vertically and have the photos cycle through from a thumb drive. Please share photos when its done! 😉
I'll echo Lance's comment and say that digital frames are a great way to look at art. Nice idea, Carl, thanks for bringing it to the art collecting community's attention. Now, do another video on ways collectors can enjoy looking at their ORIGINALS more! 😜
Ahh if only it were that easy to have people enjoy what they already have more! We’re always chasing the next piece (I’m guilty too, but trying to be better). I feel like only a licensed psychologist can truly help break that cycle. ;-) Thanks for the kind words on this one! Just another fun way to be able to get a dose of comic art joy in our daily routines!

@@CarlsCollection Aside from the few collectors who ONLY buy art they will frame and hang, we're ALL guilty of it. But I've made the effort and HAVE been looking through all my art and truly enjoying it over the last 7-8 years. When you can turn it into habit, it's really awesome and all the extra enjoyment I get actually makes me want to "look for that next piece" a lot less. 👍
@I feel like I’ll never have my “perfect” collection but I definitely find myself becoming a bit more focused as many boxes get checked off. I really do want to transition into more of an art appreciator than I am an art buyer. I’ll let you know how that goes!
That's a pretty cool idea Carl
Really enjoyed the video. Great idea with digital frame!
Thanks!! Appreciate that!
great idea Carl!
Thanks Lance! Much appreciated!!
Art in a vault? Who does that? Even private collectors of Monet and Picasso display their pieces. 😂
Haha Yeah, I don’t get it either. Art needs to he enjoyed!

That’s fun! I like that versatility to rotate things out easily! I have a logjam of frames I need to complete & I just keep dragging my feet.
If they made the screens in 1 to 1 size…. Also, if you have 600dpi scans, you can make your own artist edition.

Cool idea man!
Thanks so much!

I'm going to have to pull out my digital frame and load it up. Thanks for the idea Carl!
Thanks Lee! It really is a fun way to put more of our collection right in front of our faces!
👍 Great idea.
Thanks so much! I definitely recommend giving it a shot!
