      maybe , toyota using it with endurance racing in corolla form , it finished the racing

      The biggest obstacles to clean hydrogen generation is that making it is more costly (inefficiencies in electrolysis), in transportation (high pressure, cooling requirements), and in infrastructure (storage tanks have to be more robust than just gasoline). Also, there's somewhat of a daily limit in how many cars it can refuel, since the expansion of hydrogen gas into tanks reduces temperature, and can create ice. which is a bit problematic.
