She I talk English my voice is like in the middle, when I talk Spanish it's usually a bit higher for me and speaking Japanese it sounds just a tad higher but people who talk in this language have higher voices. But anime usually exaggerates them more but it's a bit lower tone than anime.
it's just the way some people talk, there vocal patterns especially when trying to be helpful or kind and soft sounding. everyone sound a bit different. and iwords may have differrent meaning if said with different vocal patterns like growling at someone vs. purring or mewing like a cat.
I think (other than yourself) that Haruka is the cutest thing!! Even her laugh is cute! She is like a real life anime character come to life. I look foward to her videos on Kawaii Pateen. I found her because of you Cathy Cat. Great video! 🤗🤗🤗
