I usually watch the sermons online from Maryland but today I was in Houston and made it my business to visit the church in person. I felt God's presence the moment I stepped in the sanctuary. Praise & Worship was great and the message was right on time. It was a great reminder that God is ALWAYS good even when life isn't. Praise God! Thank you to Pastor Flowers for the biblically-backed teaching and the entire staff and volunteers for making me feel welcomed. I will visit again.

I was listening to this on my daily walk outside at work yesterday…was almost near the entrance to my building when all of a sudden the rain came down I sheltered under tree when all of sudden truck came offering a ride to the door it was maintenance people in my building so it was safe GOD GOT MY BACK!!!!! He provided a way out Glory to God

I think there’s a pressure of being young and successful. I’m really doing my best to trust Him and not watch others moving ahead of me or running past me and get discouraged. It’s almost like when I desire to just have joy in Him alone, there’s a pressure to be ambitious. Not saying I condone laziness because you can also be busy yet nothing that you’re doing is pleasing to God, it’s just challenging to be still and wait. But God is still good and I trust that He’ll come in my neighborhood…

I am facing a lot of difficulties and yesterday I said Daddy please help me have joy and peace even when things don’t go my way, according to my plan and on my timing. As I was walking back home I said Father I know seasons and circumstances will change but You remain the same. Today 3 am it’s my prayer time and my heart is so heavy I couldn’t pray so came looking for a word. God has been speaking to me for months, and it’s only been within the last couple of weeks that I finally let my pride down and I started listening.
Everything I have been reading, and listening and studying on in the last two weeks has been the Joy of the Holy Spirit. Every time I think God is telling me to move onto a different topic, he is sending me sermons, scriptures, and podcasts on His joy.
Thank you for listening to His voice and spreading His word. Thank you for speaking truth in the pulpit when so many in today’s church steer away from it. Thank you for being the Lords vessel. God keeps bringing me back to your messages and I am so thankful for it. I keep sharing your videos with friends and family bc it’s too good not to share. I just appreciate Pastor Jerry’s diligence in preaching the Word from the Word and not trying to sugar coat anything….we NEED problems to GROW & MATURE US, even before the miracle! How are we ready for the miracle without the maturity? This is something I need to hear! My God today for Mother Flowers…my GOODNESS!
