Wonderful video. The filming is just entrancing. Looks to be a very good product and any lie flat seat even for "shorter" flights is welcome. Qatar are great - the only issue is they seem to have so many different configurations.
Great review - Unfortunately their aircraft “swapping” isn’t dedicated to their wide bodies as I’ve had this happen twice with the A320 - always frustrating 😏
Those are Diamond Parallel seats, not Super Diamonds - Collins Super Diamonds all have direct aisle access, these do not, and are being phased out in all except narrowbodies like this and the AA A321T.
QR service has declined. Food is less special. Wines cheap. Staff disgruntled. Aircraft swapping is too much across the fleet. They really have lost the magic. They need a revamp.

I am flying from Doha to Almaty on the a320 today I cant find the seat configuration.
This flight will have recliner seats.
