Super Fluffy Eggs Omelette | Easy Fluffy Eggs at Home

Made with just a single ingredient (eggs!) this super fluffy eggs omelette needs absolutely no other additive..except maybe salt and butter/oil. You must try these spongy and fluffy eggs for your next breakfast.
Ingredients:
3 eggs (can be made with fewer eggs too, follow the same procedure)
1/2 tablespoon of butter (for greasing the pan)
Finely chopped spring/green onion (optional)
Salt

Hey this is awesome but there's another super easy way to cook fluffy omelette without separating egg yolk and white, just add very little water to your eggs and whisk very well. And then cook mixture on medium flame with closed lid, water will try to evaporate out and blow up your omelette, making them quite fluffy.

That’s a great idea Manish! I generally add water or milk to the regular Bombay omelettes that I make. But have never closed it with a lid, gotta try this out. Thank you :)
