Khila, YES! A gel mat will help! I’m a teacher and stand all day. I have a gel mat near my smart board and it really helps with my lower back pain. Also, if you’re not wearing shoes while standing, or not wearing supportive shoes, you can definitely make a difference by changing your shoes. I swear by my Birkenstocks. On days that I wear them my back doesn’t hurt at all. When I wear other shoes, my back often hurts by the end of the day.

Don’t sell yourself short, you’re doing enough and all of us who have been watching for years can tell this is a bit of a hectic time where you’re doing your best!
I have really enjoyed your Vlogtober. Chronic pain tip - have you discovered Dynamint muscle cream? Hot/cold therapy. It takes the edge off my fibromyalgia and joint hypermobility pain at times. Might be worth a look.
I think Christmas is a time when people, who may not normally buy candles/wax melts for themselves, but will for gifts or homes decor so I'm sure all your hard work will pay off. Good luck!
The wax is by far the best. I've spent ££££ on candles that claim to be luxury and high end and their scent throw doesn't compare to yours. You do it so well!

I don’t want to recommend an expensive eye cream needlessly but if you can get a sample/mini of the Khiels avocado, it’s worth a try! I am going to try a few others and see if I can find a dupe for it cause it was good for that
Have you considered doing mystery discount boxes for the new year filled with stuff you have left over and a discount code. Like they do in Japan ever new year. If I was going to buy a candle or wax melts, I’d buy from you guys cos I’ve found the wax melts i won from you guys, didn’t give me a headache and wasn’t over powering!

Not sure if you watch Lily Pebbles but if you watch her latest vlog (FF about 15 mins) she talks about massage for C section scars and how the scars can affect you, including causing back ache.

Also, the tree went up for the photos .. it’s not decorated yet and I haven’t pulled out any other bits but I’m ready.. maybe this week. That and daily hallmark Xmas movies just make me feel brighter!

I never ask lee to help but he pre folded me some boxes yesterday for tealights and I could have cried 😂 Because I do it with Karen, it doesn’t usually feel like I need extra help.. it’s just the laws up to a launch and really.. that’s only as a stressful as I allow it to be.. I just really want to give this season the best shot I can at being a success. I just got back from the seaside and slept 4 hours on the sofa by accident 😂😂

I know you know you are literally burning the candle at both ends - I hope you get to take it easy soon x celebrate the success don’t stress it x Gel mats work to activate your muscles differently to balance you - will strengthen them in time but might be tiring in the very short term. Sleep and lower back pain - sleep with a pillow or cushion between your knees (sexy, it ain’t 😂) but it keeps your hip/pelvis aligned to your spine and helps stop sciatica (nerve pinch) which is the pain you describe.
Thank you, Lorna! I’ve slept with a body pillow since I was pregnant with Ella 😂 but it didn’t alleviate ANYTHING last night. I was so cross with myself cause I should have got lee to put on a cold patch before bed but I’m “saving them” - for what?? (I was saying to myself at 4am 😂)

I have sciatica in my lower back trapped nerve in hip joint going down the leg to ankle. In pain 24 7.in pain walking. Sleeping.
I worry that’s what this is.. I know the pain people are in with that and I feel like it will be the straw that breaks my back 😂😭
