The seamless integration is exactly why I wanted them. Just like the Elite Series 2 controller, everything can be adjusted on the fly, right on the Xbox dashboard and for me, that's worth every penny. No USB dongles, no having to hookup to a PC to adjust settings, etc. Seamless.
The only video on RUclips or Google that has tested if it works on iOS and Mac, thank you! (Not sure if mic works but....if the audio alone works on Mac that's fine.) AirPods 3 died a month after warranty expired, had them 13 months.
I have had these for a couple of years now. For me they are great. I love how the volume, mute and mic controls are easy to use and control. The big wheels that control master volume and chat volume on the left and right pads are easy to use. The switch to turn on the mic is also easy to find. The only thing is that the mic shaft is a little bit short and I can't see the light when I turn it on. But over all the sound quality is great and can be adjusted very well on the xbox. The other thing I don't like is the vinyl ear pads. I had to replace them with cloth ear pads because the vinyl makes you sweat a lot. So I hope they keep making them because I will buy another pair when these wear out.
I have them for about the same amount of time. Where did you find the cloth ear pads? The dual paring with my phone is the best feature. I can answer a phone call and game at the same time. Overall great for the casual gamer!
@@williehutch03 Amazon or eBay. I read online that the Arctis 7 headphone ear pads are fabric and they fit the xbox headphones. I think that is what I did, but don't take my word for it that was a while ago so do some research to make sure.
I bought these on Friday. I have trouble turning them off and on cause I’m Just a stoner. Besides me being a goof ball. This headset is amazing. The comfort is amazing, the EQ with heavy boost is literally insane. USB 3 to Type C is the only downfall I just charge it using my Elite controller charger. I recommend this headset 100%. I’m connected to my iPhone and Xbox at the same time and I can pick up my girlfriend’s calls and my sons anytime. You can get these open box for $80.
These are good headphones for the price. I only really have two beefs about them. 1: they sound like crap out of the box. You'll have to go into settings and tweak them to get them sounding the way you like. 2: Although you can hook up your phone to these via Bluetooth you can't answer it (the phone) from the headset. You can hear your phone ringing through the headphones but you have to answer directly from the phone.
Keep going, I promise you, if you just keep uploading videos n just do it like this, give it at least 2 years n you'll be millionaire, you are amazing. SUBBED
Thinking of getting a pair. How’s the latency? Also, I like to be able to hear myself talk while I’m wearing a headset. I’ve heard this can be adjusted through mic monitoring.
Just bought these. I cant get the microphone to work when I play Hell Let Loose also I can see where others are talking but i cant hear them. I am playing on the xbox x/s. can anyone help.
i don’t think that’s much of the headsets fault i think it’s just an error on the game, unless ur having a problem in parties or other games too. Check the settings on hell let loose
Do these break easily?? I’ve seen the verified purchased reviews on Best Buy and a lot have issues with the surrounding plastic on the mic wire breaks easily
I’ve had mine since they have release which I believe was three years ago, and they lasted. I have thrown them across room’s multiple times raging, and they always held up, though some plastic has broken off and I had to take one ear cup dial off because it wasn’t working properly
Ive seen 1 video about the cup dial. I love mine so far. I dont use them often. I got them because I needed a reliable headset in general. So far Ive only used them to play dead by daylight. They have a cut in and out issue that happens from time to time but nothing really bothersome. And I think paying several hundred for a headset is exaggerated.@@mrfamousamos9819
Had one of these a couple years ago. Loved almost everything about them... Except on my xbox one they would frequently drop connection. Eventually got rid of them and switched to wired headsets. Now that I have a series x, I decided to give them another try and just ordered a new pair. Looking forward to seeing how they perform with the new console. Hopefully they feel and sound as good as I remember too. Wired headsets through the controller without a proper DAC just dont cut it.
@@stinky420 it has been working flawlessly! No dropped connections at all and the sound is great with lots of customizability to fine tune to your tastes. Very happy with them now. Probably the best all around headset for the money tbh. The only issue i had just the other day was in party chat with a friend, she sounded like she was cutting in and out with lits of reverb. I kept thinking it was her microphone since she has a weird setup. But after trying everything on her end with no success, i finally went into my setting and found i had to turn off dolby surround sound. No idea why that caused an issue. Not even a problem with the headset its self, more with the software but worth mentioning i guess. And ive never had a problem in regular game chat or when in a party before. Just that one time the dobly software and the headset were interfering with each other in a weird way. Other than that one fluke, i have been very happy with them.

Yes and no it just depends what you do for a living and Also if you have kids for example 2 years ago I barely had time to play games for 2 hours a day but now I'm working part time I could game all day long when I'm not busy
This review covered more features in a short video than others I have seen. Anyway, I bought one and it is really excellent for the price.
How’s latency? Any issues with audio output delay? Also I like to be able hear myself while I talk. Audio isolation isn’t too intense, is it?

I managed to get a pair from Walmart for 49 dollars! My only gripe is the fact the ear cups don’t swivel.

it's mic monitoring. I think you should turn it off

Should I get this or a wired pair
Wireless wired becomes a pain in the ass and it kills your controller batteries faster
