My QME is set for Jan 10, 2025 and my injury happened Dec 4, 2024 plus I just injured my Achilles October 4th 2024. This is crazy…makes me want to just walk away
i got hurt at work 04/21/2024, surgery 08/01/2024 and wont see the QME till 01/22/2025... i don't even want to think about how long the report will take..
generally 30 days, but sometimes up to 60 days depending on the doctor, the injuries, the workload, and also the number of medical records to be reviewed
Just had my appointment it was like 10 mins long the dr said he was gonna call my attorney to get the medical records is that normal for the visit to be that short
My attorney said he’s gonna wait for the dr report then go from there. He said it wasn’t normal for him to just see me for 10 minutes and if they need to they get another qme

What if the adjuster already sent the qme form 105 filled out to request?
Thanks

Is this with an attorney?
I took my QME back in December 2022... I still haven't got my results. Is that normal?

Is it common to see the same QME 5 Times
it depends on the injury. If it's a significant injury with lots of treatment, then yes. It could also be the QME is indecisive, but that's more rare
