Being from the UK, I still can't my head around the fact you can take off, fly over 1200 miles, and land in the same country. That's the same distance as flying from London to Bucherest
I flew this (Delta A350) in November. Two 14+ hour flights from Atlanta to Cape Town and back. Actually the return from Cape Town was 16 hrs because of headwinds. Normally I am worn out at the end of any flight that lasts longer than 10 hrs..but this was the first time I did not feel worn out at all. It was the most comfortable long haul flight I have ever been on. And I have flown them all lots of times - 787, 777, a380, 747..etc. I think a lot of it has to do with higher pressurization, better noise and vibration control and better turbulence control (gust suppression). Truly a marvel of modern technology .
That Golden Hour hue is breathtaking🌅. Channeling my 6 am flight out of Sin City Las Vegas last month. Nautical Twilight, Civil Twilight, Golden Hour x window seat is magical💓
Beautiful takeoff!! I was going to ask why they would use an A350 for a domestic flight like that until I read the video description lol What a treat to take a ride on one for such a short flight!
Ahhh, CES ay! Reminds me of SFO about the same time of the year. Both cities are crazy with conventions during those times. So I'm gonna go out on a limb & assume you've got Delta One for your seat on this one...........
Hi! It’s a Delkin Devices Fat Gecko Mini. It’s basically the exact same thing as your standard GoPro suction mount but it allows you to angle the camera as desired vs having it only face forward.
They fly them a lot to LAS during peak demand. AA used to fly the 767-300 there quite a bit before they retired them. AA will fly the 787 and 777 into LAS as well during peak demand.
This is why the A350 and this particular engine is the best pairing. Notice how little fan blade supersonic noise is to be heard, compared to a B777-300 with the GE engines. This gives you a far better comfort and you can actually hear the actual engine, combine that with superior soundproofing this A350 is far more comfortable and you will travel much more comfortably.
I completely agree from a passenger comfort standpoint, but as an engine enthusiast I’d much prefer to hear more of the raw buzzsaw from the N1 fan blades. It can’t be heard in cruise anyway.
it always gives a smile on my face when American companies, fly a Europen manufactured plane, instead of a Boeing plane. the 350 is a masterpiece of technology.thanks for this great video
Yeah No The Market's definitely 🎩😁 there and going back East to the Hub at MSP you can Dovetail Long Haul Traffic 🚦⛔ across the Pond! Good Traffic Management! IYAM! You know?

If you're only counting the lower 48, we have a lot of flights that routinely cover roughly 2000-2500 miles!
Come to Canada….you can fly five hrs from Toronto and arrive in Vacouver🙂🇨🇦
The Democratic Republic of Congo in Africa for instance has almost the size of West Europe. Can you imagine that?
New york to hawaii is like a 9 hour flight
@@camagnew9191 five hours is like UK to Israel!
I love the A350; amazing engine roar, super modern, quiet and comfortable! Thanks!
Same here! You’re welcome!
The engine is impressively quiet at cruise altitude! I think the wind noise is actually louder than the engine's. Amazing!

14+ hours is wild to me. I’ve never been on one longer than like 5.5. Completely agree with you on all fronts!
What a beautiful plane, the A350 is absolutely an amazing machine. Fun fact, the wings are built in Wales in the UK.
Top Take off Nice Panorama _ Thank You for dis Video :))
Enjoyed the video, thanks! I enjoy riding on widebodies on short flights. Glad to see more domestic widebodies at MSP - more variety

Awesome video! Love the sound and I was shocked to see it didn’t take much of that runway! Quality was amazing and great film work too! 😊
Thanks, much appreciated!
Fabulous video man......very crisp, and the sound and color is Beautiful! Great job!
Thanks!
Awesome video! Liked and subscribed!
Nice video! I just flew on N517DZ a few weeks ago.

Yessir! Delta does it every year!
@@twincitiesaviatorDelta is amazing for this! I wish Delta was the hub airline in my hometown instead of United 😒
wow, what a great take off
An A350 from LAS to MSP?! Lucky.
So beautiful!
Fantastic video
That's Bonita hope you had a nice time
Very much so! I did, the overnight delay experience was unique and I’d honestly do it again.
That view is why I always pick a window seat on that side of the plane fore or aft of the wing when flying to and from LAS.
I can't believe how quiet modern planes are.
Those wingtips are art

Yep, Delta One! 🍻
That engine sounds so cool!
Great Video Logan!
Thank you!
Hi, quick question! What window mount is being used at 12:48

Beautiful video ❤
Thanks!
if you look at the ground, just after takeoff, you can see Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders

Awesome video...btw how are you holding the camera...is it on a gimbal or hand held???
Thanks! Handheld
Do they (flight attendants) ever say anything to you about sticking a mounting unit on the window for your phone?
This whole video is handheld. The GoPro you briefly see towards the end does have a mount and I never get asked about it.

The first half of the video shows taxiing on the ground.
Nice
the sound of the slats though
I wonder if they do that during sema show week fly a a350
Say what now?
What's the round building @ 9.10 ?
Stadium
Who plays there ?
The Raiders I think.
Skip the first 7 1/2 minutes and watch it from there.
WATCH IN HD 1080P ONLY
I did not even realize that this type of aircraft goes here

As light as this plane was, they probably had to derate the thrust to basically idle and it still climbed like a rocket 🤣
🤣
NGL, the best thing about being in the plane are sunsets
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
I flew on an A350 from ATL to LAS. It is quiet as a titmouse
7:42
which mean pip a350
The newer A350s come with the Performance Improvement Package (PIP).
- Taller winglets
- extended flap pylons
- weight reduction modifications
I’m not a fan of how ugly 787’s and A350’s look in the front. That might just be a me thing lol. Their range definitely makes up for it though.
For sure a you thing 🤣

как будто я думаю, что это чертовски дерьмо обо всем, что касается «Лас-Вегаса». блин, нет! эй, возьми немного чертовой морали, ок.
Boeing > Airbus
Boeing who?
