Such a beautiful plant. I have to repot mine because the nursery pot cracked. What type of soil do you use?
I got one in the mail and the soil was moist for weeks! I finally watered after a few weeks. I have it under a humidifier most of the day to keep humidity above 50% but it’s got a lot of dry brown edges now. I’m thinking I should try repotting with a better draining soil and adding perlite. I just ordered a moisture meter too so maybe that will help.

Yes I have named my larger plants. I do talk to them all. I love my triostar, but she's still getting used to her new environment.

I know I’m late, but to answer your questions just from what I heard from the video and personal experience.. she didn’t say what type of soil she used
she implied that she was going to water her with the fertilizer (she uses the miracle gro liquid plant food) after repotting
she said she uses the fertilized water every other week, then uses plain water when not using the liquid plant food
I have that same fertilizer and the directions say to mix 1 teaspoon/4 liters of water and to use every two-three weeks!

What kind of soil are you using for repotting
I use Miracle gro potting soil. It works great!
How do you prune dried/dead leaves? Just by cutting the leaves or the whole stem?
I just trim the leaves. I still have this plant and it is doing amazing. :)

I used miracle gro fast grow from Lowe's :)
I call most of mine she, unless they feel masculine.
