I don't think those are roses. They seem to have only a single layer of petals, not multiple. In a way, they're similar to Canterbury Bell flowers. Still, they're nicely designed given the more flamboyant setting. (And, you know, let's not forget that according to Noelle, roses don't have romantic significance in Teyvat...just thought I'd clear this up, since I've seen similar other comments concerning this web event)
