I remember watching Bdubs when he was still a bachelor; he has become such a dad, even compared to when his first daughter was born. I love my B-train shirt, I wore it so much that it got worn down, and now I have it tucked safely away, so it doesn't get ruined.

My niece had a couple fav shirts she couldn’t wear any more. I made one a pillow cover by simply folding inside any parts that might stick out and NOT cutting them off, and tack-sewing onto the pillow. I put another shirt in a poster frame. Both choices kept the shirts as shirts, in case she wants to use them as such in the future. ❤ I call it memory decor. 😉🤭

He feels like the Bob Ross of Minecraft. When I watch him work and he does something unexpected, I think, "Why?? You just ruined it." A few moments later though, "Ooohh, that's awesome!"
For the record, I know very little about redstone, but I legitimately learned some redstone from BDubs today! What a perfect redstoner he is!

I’m thinking I might go back and rewatch some ooge. Watched last life yesterday. Etho and Bdubs perspectives. There’s simply no better duo that makes me as happy and laughing as much.
They have been a staple in the Minecraft community for longer than a large portion of the audience is literally able to remember. There are people watching today who weren't even potty trained when this duo was born.

It seems to be devolving with each episode lately, too, which is awesome. Can't wait for the pronunciation by the end of the season. It'll probably sound like a thick Cajun accent saying "crawfish boil" or something.

I like how it wasn't a "super-fast build mode" timelapse. The speed of the real-time footage really enforces just how much work and time these builds take, which makes it that much more impressive. Good stuff.

if you want water droplets, you could look into wet sponges. they also generate drop particles without actually needing to have a water source in your wall or ceiling
im trying to make a habit of leaving comments after my 10+ years of watching quietly and boy it isnt hard to do that when theres just so many lovely things to say about the building commentary you give. of course first off, always enjoy the interactions had with etho, yall are always so fun to watch together. even if you lost. was excited from the start that youd be talking again in detail of your build because again, it is such a unique style i never thought could be achieved in minecraft- not the cyberpunk part, but the combination of the cyberpunk with a more organic feeling, run down ruin... two ideas alone i wouldnt have thought about putting together.
so many little detail thoughts from the interior- i think i find your interiors equally impressive- in the smaller houses they felt so homey and comfy even with a small space to work in, and this bigger one makes me hyped. the carpets were great to think about, but i especially was blown away with the thought of dead coral. while ill have to take a better look in game, i just hadnt considered them as a decorative item, and especially not as a shag carpet haha. but this realization had sparked some ideas of my own now and im eager to try some things out when i hop back in game. every time you bring up a new thought or idea or whatever it is about the build it always puts something in my brain and furthers my inspiration for sure.

Yeah Bdubs was so right about going soft on Etho in the horse race. He is a bit washed up after all, he needs some confidence boost XD.
Hi Bdubs, a flickering light can be made simply with an armor stand on a redstone ore. It refreshes at random interval. So 1 observer per light is sufficient. A full fledged binary randomizer is overkill. For shorter interval, OR gates several of those together.
I am always wayyy too skeptical when you show weird building ideas but you always blow me away. Like how do you make that ugly yellow rug look good?! The setting & story is incredible in your base. I’m loving it & learning so much just by watching. ❤ Thanks

I've been playing MC since 2010 and the evolution of building and pallets for builds always intrigued me. I've known incredible popular builders, build teams from many servers throughout the years BUT nobody left me in awe time and time again with their creativity like BDubs. Period.
These two are guaranteed fun on their own but exponential together

I love watching bdubs videos. He explains red stone in a way that makes me want to actually try it and feel that I can succeed. And so many cool building ideas to try and implement. It’s a constant drive to improve.

I've always said that your builds geniunely looks lived in, like a house with a bit of clutter and that's its charm, I mean look at ur main room with those rugs their heaped on together but still works. The flickering light :D like the one you did in Grian's alley in S8.
I know bdubs isn’t normally a big presence on the redstone scene but that was the simplest most straightforward explanation of an AND gate. You should do more like that. If you plan to do shorts then layman redstone sounds dandy

These rugs are really great ideas. And, it is easy to make variations on that theme. For example, take a look at using the top of a flowering azalea sapling; it has a nice flower pattern you can mix and match with regular azalea saplings, and works well with moss carpet and green baked terracota

It could be a good idea to always build redstone circuits like that in a single chunk, so there's no possible issue where one half is loaded and the other isn't and they break.
