I had a GoPro Max footage from a show I attended at my local theme park, and was trying to edit the footage from the GoPro app sadly the Max only captures footage at certain times, my video come out into 4 files as the show was 30 minutes long,
How ever I just got Pr the other day and I thought I could just edit the footages from the GoPro app export the files from the app into 360° files and came to find out Pr only captured the footage into a flat 180° non-360 view
But I thought I had the file as a 360° footage,
When I uploaded my video to RUclips I wasn't able to play the video through my VR headset in 360° it was in standard theater mode

@Camino a la Luz yes, I used quik pro that works with go pro, put the videos on the laptop and then selected the views I wanted with quik, and then I used those files in conjunction with iMovie to make my video….
How did you get GoPro Player to work on your system? GoPro Support just told me that it is not compatible with Hero 9,10 or 11 or Max. It literally won't run on Windows.
Apparently other people are having issues as well. Ours still works, probably because it's an older version. We never use it anyway in the video production process, just the exporter and premiere pro. Hi there I was wondering if you could help me I am currently editing some go pro max footage on premiere however when I drag the GoPro FX Reframe tool onto my footage the projection is set to source image and there is no option to select a GoProHD. Do you know what I could do to change this. Thanks

@@aviationfun762 Hi yeh so when I drag the plug in onto my footage it does not come up with the rectangle lines/grid around it and says the projection toggle is set to 'source image' instead of 'goprohd 16:9' and I cant find this as an option.

i can´t get the GoPro Max Exporter. do you have another way to make them to mp4??
The GoPro MAX Exporter page has a button on the upper right that says "Get in Store app" that opens another window allow downloading the app. A pop up should appear with "Open Microsoft Store", with a button. That button will open another window to download the Exporter. Do you popup blocker on your browser?
