The target is not achievable, since we cannot produce enough bricks, we send too many to near-bankrupt universities rather than to technical colleges to learn the crafts and skills to build.
Agree on most, need to stop the sell off of social housing and should reassess actual need periodically for those living in them, if they can afford it and are able they should buy their own different property leaving the social house for someone else in actual need, the discounts given on social housing are ridiculous and unnecessary.
