I like the nuance of Octavia's feelings Obviously she still loves her father, otherwise she wouldn't have saved him But she can no longer trust him, which, from her perspective, is understandable
It's also possible that she's pushing him away because she thinks he was suffering for her sake and she wants him to happy. Even if that's only her feelings deep down I still think it's part of it.
Even from the outside it's understandable. Remember the stars episode where Via went to LA? Stolas cared more about his hatred for Stella than Via. Sure it was a mistake, but one he must own up to. His decision to go through with the divorce effected Octavia. His decision to defended the imp that was the catalyst of the divorce and the subsequent punishment because of that was a choice Stolas made. It's bad enough to have your family fighting. It's bad enough to have one parent make choices that hurt you. But for that parent to be the one you don't want leaving you making decisions that leads to them leaving you hurts. The betrayal of trust and the feeling that the love they showed you may have been false. Oof.
It's really worth mentioning that Octavia has seen so very little of both Stolas and Blitz's character arcs that her reaction is pretty normal. Even in the bit just before her song she has her earbuds in and may not have even heard them say Stolas has been trying to contact her the whole time. It's primarily a misunderstanding but with what she's aware of it all adds up. I think they'll actually talk about things down the line.

With regards to Octavia, I experienced a nasty divorce between my parents and it was right around Octavia's age that I had nothing but trust issues and one parent was like Stolas, suffering in silence while the other was willing to "give everything" I wanted, but what that meant was giving me free reign, so of course that parent feels like a free vacation, the problem was how much one sided lies I was fed by said "vacation' parent, it took from the time I was 18 until almost 23 to realize just how awful of a mistake I was making and coming to my senses allowed me to reconcile with the other parent what amazed me was how the one parent I treated so poorly and said so many awful things because of the lies I was fed, they still forgave me and welcomed me like I had never left that house. It's basically a lack of true understanding and perspective, (also why the episode made me tear up because It was like watching my early adult years play out via another character)
Regardless of how fucked up it is, stolas did ultimately choose blitz over octavia, he went and saved blitz knowing full well he would be punished, hell he thought he was gonna be executed meaning he would never see octavia again, so either A he thought about octavia and still chose to (in his mind) die for blitz and leave octavia all alone, or B the thought of octavia never even entered his mind and he was solely focused on blitz.
Funny fact about the horse thing: The reason Blitz is so into horses is because Brandon (Blitz's VA) HATES horses, so its become an in-joke at his expense

She was around when Stella confronted Stolas about sleeping with an Imp. In the same episode where Stolas swore he would never leave her behind to be with Blitzo. Yeaaaaaah, Stolas done fucked up. All hope is not lost, but it will take great effort to fix this.

Octavia has accepted blitzo and stollas' relationship before, but it's now again a problem because Stella is keeping her away from her father, but instead of blaming Stella, she blames stollas... yeah, Octavia is always one step forward 3 backward.
Not only are those cookies sort of meant to be modeled after Blitz, M&M and Stolas. But I like to think they're also modeled after the Horses of the Apocalypse
Specifically she labels Blitzo as Stolas's "Shitty" or "Slutty" boyfriend. Too unclear to tell, but both of those fit. She doesn't seem to hold any specific animosity towards Blitzo, so I'm going with slutty.

for an example of super successful fanfiction isn't there the wicked novel the musical was based off of. it was written by a different person and is basically a whole series of AU novels

If you look closely at the screen when stolas calls Via she makes it clear that he's calling from Blitzø's phone.
