Absolutely right. Unlike other pharmaceuticals, vaccine manufacturers cannot be held responsible for injuries or death caused by their product.
There is no way to guard against anyone out of billons having side effects. Also, there are often other factors involved in bad outcomes that the vaccine manufactures can't be blamed for.

Sure they are, some people die in accidents due to wearing seatbelts. Some people chose not to wear them. Over time the data has shown that wearing a seatbelt reduces risk of serious injury and death (when in an accident) but doesn’t 100% avoid it. You are not guaranteed to get into an accident while driving, but over time you most likely will.
The analogy might not be perfect but it’s pretty solid.

The sovereignty of the body isn't without limits, it doesn't extend to a point where everyone else's health should have to be potentially compromised to prioritize this. Gosh I love how he glossed right over the part where she said yes I'm around people who are catching it with the vaccine. Since we now know that transmission and infection aren't affected by the Vax.
But transmission and infection ARE affected. Just because there are exceptions, doesn't mean it doesn't work. Like the doctor says, just because someone died in an accident while wearing a seatbelt doesn't mean you shouldn't wear one. Because we know that your chances of surviving the accident are better when you wear the seatbelt. Likewise, your chances of surviving or even avoiding Covid are better if you're vaccinated.
Honestly, at this point, I'm starting to not care very much if people are still refusing to get vaccinated. We've done everything we can to try and end this pandemic. Yet, there's still so much stubbornness among parts of the population.

while the 2 times "protected" get vague symptoms and he considers himself protected (against becoming infected), means that it takes longer time before he concludes that he actually appears infected, and during that time the possibility is greatest to spread it, and often he does not change his behaviour around others until he gets a test that shows positive.

Also the FDA could not possibly have reviewed the entire study as it was something like tens of thousands of pages long. Naomi Wolf has tons of people scouring sections of the study and the paperwork the FDA supposedly went by, and it's still being looked at by her team to this day.
