  • Hi everyone! This week I bring you something short and sweet for a change ☺️
A big set of Tempera sticks! I had never heard of them until I saw MonkeyMintaka mentioning on one of her videos (link here below) and decided to try them on. Even though they’re marketed as kid’s art supplies, they’re very pigmented, fun to bring on the go and surprisingly user friendly (or not messy - I’m looking at you oil pastels 🤨). On top of all that they’re also quite affordable, I’ll leave the link so you can check them out).
Let me know if you’ve tried them, want to try or anything really! My favourite colours were the pale green, deep yellow, teal and orangey brown. Which are yours?

I got these for my granddaughter. They look like Gelatos and she was happy to have her own. I was excited about the quick dry effect. I have found them fantastic for under painting and use them often for myself under gouache, tempera and oil pastels.

Loved what you created with them, so creative. The white stick is surprisingly opaque 🤩 thank you for sharing!

They should dissolve with water, my temperature sticks do
