Mavuika has been the Pyro Archon probably after defeating the previous one after reincarnating. Mavuika even said after her first death the next Pyro Archon has to rebuild.
Kind of poetic how the two human Archons are the ones that fought most for their people (imo). Because the other Archons were born into their position, Mavuika had to fight for her role as Archon, and Furina had to sacrifice her mortality, her 'humanity' for her people.

Despite appearing to enjoy the process, the internal suffering she experienced was immense. A human pretending to be a god for 500 years is far too much for any mortal to bear, which explains why Focalors had to die in the end. Focalors couldn't simply sit back and enjoy peace while Furina suffered. The curse didn't just prevent her from dying; it also kept her from pursuing true happiness. In other words, she never truly wanted to play the part of the opera, but she had no choice.

Mavuika has leadership, humility, can hold her power as archon, and willing to sacrifice herself to protect her people. All respectable aspects. Furina lacked the first three. Nahida isn't a fighter. Ei before her archon quest was arrogant, neglectful, and willing sacrificed people in pursuit of her Eternity. Now she is just arrogant with a bad record. Zhongli is on Mavuika's level. He's just retired. Venti is humble and nothing else.
Honestly, She seems like the most responsible due to the situation and she might be, but the efforts of the rest can't be disregarded either, they're all awesome to me.
Ei was purely terrible. Venti pretty much did the bare minimum and barely helped even at that, a good character but not that great of an archon. Zhongli had been a great archon for so long but it is still true that he decided to just retire like it's no biggy that he is the literal god of a nation. Nahida, while a good character and archon, had to be saved? so in her archon quest her role was somewhat less significant. I'd say Rukkadevata did make a great sacrifice though. Furina/Focalors was/were a truly great archon who sacrificed both body and soul for her people, not even getting recognition in return.

@@AmateurEditz7 every bad person has a back story, hitler had an abusive father, had to fight in ww1 where he almost died and saw his friends die, and spent years being fogged by aryan racist propaganda. Does that excuse what he did? Absolutely not. I know it's an extreme example but that's how i see it, Ei as a character caused her people to be poor by blockaiding inazuma (we see examples of that in the archon quest), executed those who resisted her absurd policies (kazuha's friend and his other companions, as well as trying to excecuted the traveller and thoma), started a civil war etc... All for personal selfish reasons. And yes, it was raiden the puppet that did all that, but when we confront Ei she literally said she knew all that was happening but it wasn't worth her attention because it "doesn't interfere with her eternity". For venti and nahida i agree they're great characters, their stories just didn't make them make sacrifices as big as furina/focalors and mavuika.

Venti : Working behind the scenes. He always shows up when Mondstadt needs him. Zhongli : worked since a long time ago and bro needs to see his children stand up for themselves Ei : Trying to work things out but fucked up due to her own limited knowledge (all she needed to do before Makoto died was fight, Makoto was the brain and Ei was the brawl) Nahida : Locked up by her own people and being reminded that she'll never be their Archon yet always watching over human and helping out with what she can. If you remember, she even helps out a child in Inazuma when she's Sumeru's Archon Furina : Has to play the role she never wanted to save everyone. We know it's 500 years because it already ended. But Furina never knew how long it would take until her divinity self found the solution and has to play that role without anyone knowing her true self. Tbh Neuvi should know how she's suffering cuz he has access to all the water and the feelings and the past water hold. All of them are good Archons even if they're non human (Furina is human now but she's once an oceanid) Mavuika is just more expressive with her words due to her humanity and we get to see her working as an Archon while the other Archons we knew were working behind the scenes most of the time. There's no way people would praise their gods if they were bad archons. We all know what happened to Decarabian. To be honest, Nahida and Ei have similar situations but Ei already had experience as a war General when her sister was the Archon so that's why she only think of outcomes instead of trying to understand her people. Meanwhile Nahida was a complete white canvas and thus she tried her best to understand her people so she would know how to become their Archon like Greater lord.
Finally someone who made a proper analysis and it's worded perfectly Because a lot of people overlook Zhongli and Venti's contributions ... Mostly Zhongli and reducing it to faked his death and made his people solve the problem Which I think was mainly to let his people become self sufficient and not rely on him for everything Zhongli's second story quest mentioned corrosion which I think is the one of primary reason why Zhongli wanted his people to look after themselves He has lived for thousands of years and like Azdaha must be suffering from corrosion - that coupled with the wounds from Archon war and the loss of his generations of friends He knows he cannot always protect Liyue from harm so he made a test for his people Perhaps in the further turn of events when heavenly principles awake again he will have to fight again and is not sure whether he will be able to survive this time around or not and it may happen Liyue might lose its archon So Zhongli was just preparing Liyue for worst case scenario Plus he's always ready to fight in case anything happens and making efforts to help his people
Honestly, this is discrediting all the hardships the other archon’s went through because they’re not human-I think especially Venti, Zhongli, and Furina. Especially the first and third. Mondstadt is the safest, most welcoming and economically stable nation because of his hard work. He’s actually incredibly responsible and the only reason why he can afford to fuck around and spend his time being a regular harmless drunkard is because he’s worked so hard in the background to afford being able to do so. Venti is always guiding his people and lets them make the decision if they want to listen or not because he isn’t using force and afraid to become a tyrant. He values freedom and choice. He helped old Mondstadt overthrow a tyrannical god as a tiny wind sprite and it was because of the people’s overwhelming faith in him that he was able to ascend to godhood and become the first anemo archon. Venti actually does so much for his nation and even those outside of it and visitors from afar-he’s even helped an oceanid. Venti is actually one of the best archons. Liyue is the trading center of Teyvat and Morax literally created Mora which is used world wide. The entire first two archon quests for him was literally set up as a test for his people by Zhongli. He wanted to retire so he set up a test to see if his people could handle governing themselves and dealing with a nation wide crisis. He was always there prepared to step in if they could not handle it, but they did and proved to him they didn’t need an archon’s leadership and power so he retired. Still, Zhongli is there just in case Liyue ever runs into a problem they cannot handle, prepared to step in if necessary. And Furina? She’s human too. She suffered 500 years of mental torment to save her entire nation and she actually did it. She didn’t just stand around and pretend to play archon, she was doing everything she could to look into how to prevent the prophecy and the waters from rising so she could save everyone-and she did it alone. She did it alone because she knew if anyone found out her secret everyone would be doomed. They would all die and she would have to bear that burden and the fact that she failed her entire life’s purpose. She was created to save Fontaine and she couldn’t let them down-she couldn’t let them die. She was willing to sacrifice herself by sticking her hand into primordial seawater knowing it dissolved people just to keep her secret so she could keep everyone alive. She suffered so she could save her entire nation. People also don’t think about how the archons are people too. People with their own thoughts and feelings. People with their own grief and trauma and torments. A person can only handle so much, even the gods. Being responsible for an entire nation, having so many people rely on you-it’s a huge and heavy burden to bear that weighs down on them constantly. It can be rewarding, but not everyone wants or is cutout for that kind of responsibility and burden. They have minds that can be shattered as well, minds that will eventually erode and wither away just like everyone else. They are people, and people can only handle so much and do their best.
And people forget rukkadivata and Nahida just like all of tyvat.rukkadivata not only have the responsibility of her own nation but also entirety of tyvat on her shoulder she got deleted from existence by upholding that responsibility.she not only saved entire tyvat but did it thrice.
And Zhongli wanted to retire not because he was tired of ruling, but because he wanted his people to be able to protect themselves even if their archon disappear (and Morax probably know something about fate of this world and erosion). So all this "test" wasn't for him, but for his people
Well, she has the Himeko mindset indeed, sacrifice everything she owns even her own life and power, gives the key to anyone who could help her, in order to make a better world for the ones she cherishes, loves and everyone else, because that is what will make her the happiest, being alive is a luxury on top of that.

I don't know why people keep telling themselves that the archons from other species somehow don't have feelings or sentiments just like the human archons do, or somehow the feelings and suffering of a human is actually more important than other species. The fact is that they all have their own trauma and backstories, with people who they loved and loved them being lost to time. People also keep overlooking the fact that most of the work of the other archons are behind the scenes. Zhongli for example, has ruled Liyue for a good 3000 years or so. Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. The reason why people praise Mavuika so much and put her above other archons is because you actually get to see what she is doing and how she's protecting her people. The exact same thing that others have been doing. The only difference is that you just don't get to see it.
Nah, cuz as much as I love my queen Furina and Mavuika, you cant just place these 2 on pedastals as the most responsible Archons *while* ignoring every situation that *forced* the other archons to be less responsible! As much as the community shits on Venti, he had that under control until the traveller came and messed it up. Not to mention, he solved almost every single major problem Mondstat faced without ever breaking his personal views. Zhongli spent the better part of 3000 years being responsible for Liyue and was also starting to experience erosion (the thing that sent azdaha mad). Forgive my guy if he wanted to see if Liyue could defend itself in his absence. Even then, he was still watching over the fight against Osial to ensure everything went smoothly. To be fair on Ei, everyone was lying to the puppet. She *literally* couldn't have known the issues that were occurring. Not to mention, she spends *500 years* fighting herself at full power to ensure she doesnt make the same mistakes again. And its like no one played Sumeru's Archon quest. She was forcibly stuck in a cage for her entire life and she *still* did everything she could to protect the desert *and* the rainforest using whatever power she could. ALSO in *both* of her story quest shes finding ways to solve her peoples problems and saving Apep. Furina and Mavuika are wonderful archons, but they are in a different situation that allows them to be responsible for their people directly.

I'm sorry but the Ei part is wrong, she ALWAYS knew what was happening outside the puppet, when you question her about the vision hunt decree and the fatui she says she was aware of this, she just didn't care because they weren't interfering with her "eternity", even though her people being in a civil war will only result in everyone eventually dying. Again, I'm sorry to say this but Ei is a hypocrite, but she gets better later on at her second character quest, *the first one doesn't exist in my eyes*
@@edgieststalker8141 Its been a while since i played Inazuma, but upon a bit of research, Ei did know about the Fatui's involvement and the vision hunt decree and decided it was fine. Curiously, I didnt find anything that explicitly states if she knew what effects the Vision Hunt Decree had on the people since such details were purposely hidden from the puppet.

Majority of the people in Inazuma revered and respected their Shogun which won't be the case if the condition was that bad. Ei took some time to understand that her perspective was wrong and wanted to change her ways in order to become a better ruler

The moment mavuika took my heart was when she broke the barrier between the night kingdom and reality with her sheer mind power... that moment was beyond amazing
I personally won't say she is the most responsible archon, but she's the one who resonates with me the most. The other archons have done their duties and have their sad background stories, enduring so many years of pain and hardship, but Mavuika's story is the one that hits home.
When I saw all the treasured gifts, I thought “Artifacts are manifestations of memories”, in the Ley Lines, memories and elemental energy are two facets of the same energy, those items are backup energy! And yup….
To be fair all the Archons are responsible and have good will. They just had different ways of solving their issues, At the end of the day they are given the title of Gods for a reason.
I have not ever seen any of the Archons being more or less responsible. Barbaetoes tho seemingly the least responsible decides to let the people govern themselves and only steps in whenever there's danger. Morax has ruled and watched over his people the longest out of all the Archons. He probably decided on his retirement because the Age of Gods will soon come to an end. Testing his people to see if they can handle things without him is quite the foresight. The most misunderstood and definitely controversial of them all Raiden Ei, had harsher methods but she didn't want Eternity (or rather her interpretation) or rather Stagnancy for herself but for her people the most. She wanted to create a nation that exists forever never changing. Solely because she knew change will bring madness too. Nahida tho the youngest had no real authority or power during her existence of 500 years as the Archon UNTIL we showed up at her door step. Even so through the people and their stories we know she has been keeping a close eye on her people lending them a helping hand whenever she can. Folcalors' Gambit tho done to save her people was the most risky move out of anything any of the Archons has done. Anything could've gone wrong at any moment which would've meant the end of Fontaine. Even so she managed to do something no one has ever done at cost of her life Tho humans the Pyrp Archons are no less then the the God Archons of other nstions. Tho Human Xabulanque managed to kill a Dragon Sovereign. That's no small feat even if he had a little help from a dragon. All the Archons display the same amount of insane obsession of making sure their people stay safe and live on no matter the cost stays the same in all of them
Rarely do I find people who actually understand where Ei is coming from and is sincerely and impartially recognizing her good and bad points, not only focusing and picking on her flaws which is already SO OBVIOUS in game.
Why do I feel Zhongli is more responsible. The guy protected and serve his people for how many thousand years again? And even in his retirement, he still look after them and will surely intervene if necessary.

"Nahida is the best and only archon who cares about his people unlike the past." The next region: "Furina is the best archon and has done more for his people than any other archon." Another new region and now this. How about just saying that Pyro Archon is cool? What? Can't the Pyro archon lift herself up by herself? All the archons did good for their people and according to their own philosophies (it is doubtful about Raiden). What about Zhongli? Whom everyone insults so much, although he has protected and helped his people for thousands of years wars and deaths. Quote about him "Rex Lapis knows the meaning of hardship better than anyone else - he has seen everything that has happened from ancient times to the present day, and yet he was forced to give up his entire life." Zhongli literally defined his entire existence by Liyue's prosperity. How is he irresponsible? Because he retired on a well-deserved pension? Not to mention Nahida and Furina. Yes, they are gods, but no one said that they do not suffer. The archons are all different and exceptional in their own way, the difference is that someone is relevant now. If what makes an archon "respectable" is what they have done for their nation entirety, zhongli deserves that too. He's the longest ruling archon but because we only got to know him after his post-archon days, we just took for granted what the man did for 3700 years. Rukkhadevata and Focalor made the ultimate sacrifice for their nations. I think all archons are respectable enough and one is not superior to the other based on how much or what they accomplished.
I don't like it when people write Furina AND Focalors, it's one person. The Focalors that we have seen is not a special person, it is just a conscience from the past and a divinity that Furina (ex Focalors) separated. She did not divide the body into two parts, but only separated the divinity.

the tsarista is not from khaenriah, khaenriah was a nation without a god, the symbol of the embodiment of humankind, that being said, how would she be from khaenriah a nation without a god or any other deity? it does not add up, but what we do know, is that the tsarista liked khaenriah for personal reasons, we know this from venti telling us after khaenriah was destroyed, the tsarista cut all ties with him, so we know that khaenriah was something more special to her than being friends with venti and other gods.

Meaning that the Tsarista can hail from Kanriah since she would be considered god-like by the people of Teyvat. @@SirPabloman yes to the people of Teyvat, Kaneriahns seem like gods while Kaneriahns see themselves as normal humans who are just highly advanced. I believe the Albedo and first stories with your sibling it’s brought up on why Celestia attacked them and that they viewed them as “traitors” but the main speculation is they were simply jealous and afraid that if the people of Teyvat found out, there would be no more need for “gods” or “archons”. I think it’s from the Sumeru arc but I’m not sure. I know that Nahida can track everyone who’s from Teyvat but from what I remember, she didn’t find out that the Doctor were making copies of himself from Irmusul but from the info the traveler gave her about him leaving Teyvat while he was also still here trying kidnap Sumerians so I’d have to get back to you with that proof but the captain is definitely from Kaneriah since it’s mentioned in the Fatui Harbingers trailer

If this is the same case for Fontaine and Natlan which mean if Focalor waited 500 years to excute her plan which mean the Pyro Archon have done something 500 years ago to save Natlan. The question is how will it happen?

nop, the last part is wrong, the traveler will save natlan, because if you see the end of the reputation reward thing for the end of the tribe and use it, it says “wait for the moment to use this item” and so we get pyro traveler and we also save natlan, not the pyro archon.
As a f2p, Xilonen would be a really good upgrade for my account, but I have to get Mavuika at all cost, I don't care if she's strong or not, she's just too cool, love her as much as I love Furina ❤

Ei - she is sh1t archon Nahida didn't have powers back then she quit litrelly just born and imprisoned even then she managed to find a way to help the people who needs her help.( And don't forget about rukkadivata who saved tyvat thrice and losing her entire existence in the process) Focolor / furina saved their people even without the help of traveler and thay quit litrelly save an entire race from dying.( Do not forget egiria is quite litrelly the mother of entire fontain and she even after her death stoping the abyse from leaking in.) If anything mavuika did the least amount of work over the years compared to most of the archons exept ei. But most importantly she is not the best archon nore the most benevolent that tittle still belongs to rukkadivata who's sacrifice saved tyvat from destruction thrice.

Nahida, while a good character and archon, had to be saved? so in her archon quest her role was somewhat less significant. I'd say Rukkadevata did make a great sacrifice though.

I know it's an extreme example but that's how i see it, Ei as a character caused her people to be poor by blockaiding inazuma (we see examples of that in the archon quest), executed those who resisted her absurd policies (kazuha's friend and his other companions, as well as trying to excecuted the traveller and thoma), started a civil war etc... All for personal selfish reasons.
And yes, it was raiden the puppet that did all that, but when we confront Ei she literally said she knew all that was happening but it wasn't worth her attention because it "doesn't interfere with her eternity".
For venti and nahida i agree they're great characters, their stories just didn't make them make sacrifices as big as furina/focalors and mavuika.

Furina : Has to play the role she never wanted to save everyone. We know it's 500 years because it already ended. But Furina never knew how long it would take until her divinity self found the solution and has to play that role without anyone knowing her true self. Tbh Neuvi should know how she's suffering cuz he has access to all the water and the feelings and the past water hold.
All of them are good Archons even if they're non human (Furina is human now but she's once an oceanid) Mavuika is just more expressive with her words due to her humanity and we get to see her working as an Archon while the other Archons we knew were working behind the scenes most of the time. There's no way people would praise their gods if they were bad archons. We all know what happened to Decarabian.
To be honest, Nahida and Ei have similar situations but Ei already had experience as a war General when her sister was the Archon so that's why she only think of outcomes instead of trying to understand her people. Meanwhile Nahida was a complete white canvas and thus she tried her best to understand her people so she would know how to become their Archon like Greater lord.

Perhaps in the further turn of events when heavenly principles awake again he will have to fight again and is not sure whether he will be able to survive this time around or not and it may happen Liyue might lose its archon
So Zhongli was just preparing Liyue for worst case scenario
Plus he's always ready to fight in case anything happens and making efforts to help his people

Honestly, this is discrediting all the hardships the other archon’s went through because they’re not human-I think especially Venti, Zhongli, and Furina. Especially the first and third.
Mondstadt is the safest, most welcoming and economically stable nation because of his hard work. He’s actually incredibly responsible and the only reason why he can afford to fuck around and spend his time being a regular harmless drunkard is because he’s worked so hard in the background to afford being able to do so. Venti is always guiding his people and lets them make the decision if they want to listen or not because he isn’t using force and afraid to become a tyrant. He values freedom and choice. He helped old Mondstadt overthrow a tyrannical god as a tiny wind sprite and it was because of the people’s overwhelming faith in him that he was able to ascend to godhood and become the first anemo archon. Venti actually does so much for his nation and even those outside of it and visitors from afar-he’s even helped an oceanid. Venti is actually one of the best archons.
Liyue is the trading center of Teyvat and Morax literally created Mora which is used world wide. The entire first two archon quests for him was literally set up as a test for his people by Zhongli. He wanted to retire so he set up a test to see if his people could handle governing themselves and dealing with a nation wide crisis. He was always there prepared to step in if they could not handle it, but they did and proved to him they didn’t need an archon’s leadership and power so he retired. Still, Zhongli is there just in case Liyue ever runs into a problem they cannot handle, prepared to step in if necessary.
And Furina? She’s human too. She suffered 500 years of mental torment to save her entire nation and she actually did it. She didn’t just stand around and pretend to play archon, she was doing everything she could to look into how to prevent the prophecy and the waters from rising so she could save everyone-and she did it alone. She did it alone because she knew if anyone found out her secret everyone would be doomed. They would all die and she would have to bear that burden and the fact that she failed her entire life’s purpose. She was created to save Fontaine and she couldn’t let them down-she couldn’t let them die. She was willing to sacrifice herself by sticking her hand into primordial seawater knowing it dissolved people just to keep her secret so she could keep everyone alive. She suffered so she could save her entire nation.
People also don’t think about how the archons are people too. People with their own thoughts and feelings. People with their own grief and trauma and torments. A person can only handle so much, even the gods. Being responsible for an entire nation, having so many people rely on you-it’s a huge and heavy burden to bear that weighs down on them constantly. It can be rewarding, but not everyone wants or is cutout for that kind of responsibility and burden. They have minds that can be shattered as well, minds that will eventually erode and wither away just like everyone else. They are people, and people can only handle so much and do their best.
Zhongli is a war criminal.

I don't know why people keep telling themselves that the archons from other species somehow don't have feelings or sentiments just like the human archons do, or somehow the feelings and suffering of a human is actually more important than other species. Morax has ruled and watched over his people the longest out of all the Archons. He probably decided on his retirement because the Age of Gods will soon come to an end. Testing his people to see if they can handle things without him is quite the foresight.
The most misunderstood and definitely controversial of them all Raiden Ei, had harsher methods but she didn't want Eternity (or rather her interpretation) or rather Stagnancy for herself but for her people the most. She wanted to create a nation that exists forever never changing. Solely because she knew change will bring madness too.
Nahida tho the youngest had no real authority or power during her existence of 500 years as the Archon UNTIL we showed up at her door step. Even so through the people and their stories we know she has been keeping a close eye on her people lending them a helping hand whenever she can.
Folcalors' Gambit tho done to save her people was the most risky move out of anything any of the Archons has done. Anything could've gone wrong at any moment which would've meant the end of Fontaine. Even so she managed to do something no one has ever done at cost of her life
Tho humans the Pyrp Archons are no less then the the God Archons of other nstions. Tho Human Xabulanque managed to kill a Dragon Sovereign. That's no small feat even if he had a little help from a dragon.

All the archons did good for their people and according to their own philosophies (it is doubtful about Raiden). What about Zhongli? I believe the Albedo and first stories with your sibling it’s brought up on why Celestia attacked them and that they viewed them as “traitors” but the main speculation is they were simply jealous and afraid that if the people of Teyvat found out, there would be no more need for “gods” or “archons”. I know that Nahida can track everyone who’s from Teyvat but from what I remember, she didn’t find out that the Doctor were making copies of himself from Irmusul but from the info the traveler gave her about him leaving Teyvat while he was also still here trying kidnap Sumerians so I’d have to get back to you with that proof but the captain is definitely from Kaneriah since it’s mentioned in the Fatui Harbingers trailer

Notice how archon quest are connected like Raiden who meditates and trapped her own mind in Euthymia while Nahida was imprisoned by her people. If this is the same case for Fontaine and Natlan which mean if Focalor waited 500 years to excute her plan which mean the Pyro Archon have done something 500 years ago to save Natlan. The question is how will it happen?

nop, the last part is wrong, the traveler will save natlan, because if you see the end of the reputation reward thing for the end of the tribe and use it, it says “wait for the moment to use this item” and so we get pyro traveler and we also save natlan, not the pyro archon.

Nahida didn't have powers back then she quit litrelly just born and imprisoned even then she managed to find a way to help the people who needs her help.( And don't forget about rukkadivata who saved tyvat thrice and losing her entire existence in the process)
Focolor / furina saved their people even without the help of traveler and thay quit litrelly save an entire race from dying.( Do not forget egiria is quite litrelly the mother of entire fontain and she even after her death stoping the abyse from leaking in.)
If anything mavuika did the least amount of work over the years compared to most of the archons exept ei.
But most importantly she is not the best archon nore the most benevolent that tittle still belongs to rukkadivata who's sacrifice saved tyvat from destruction thrice.
I feel like its Furina because she had to endure the most and the Nahida because after she was saved, she did everything in her power to save irmensol and her ppl. Mauvuika is 3rd

And people forget rukkadivata and Nahida just like all of tyvat.rukkadivata not only have the responsibility of her own nation but also entirety of tyvat on her shoulder she got deleted from existence by upholding that responsibility.she not only saved entire tyvat but did it thrice.
Don't forget Zhongli who protected Liyue for thousanxmd years and Furina who carried the burden of archon as a literal human, no gnosis, no special power, just curse.
I think many players tend to "forget" old archons' achievement and dedication when new one is released. I'm not surprised if people praise Tsaritsa as the most responsible later🙄
