Me too, Gail, I got the giant bottle and it is way too dark for my taste… I’m on a roll with all the lighter inks, but I know some folks have trouble reading that. Happy February! 💕🖋🌼💗
I agree!! It is!!! I know it’s not quite fool proof but if you use a syringe in the bottle without shaking it, you can draw up the ink with barely any shimmer in it

I really appreciate your insight on the Lamy medium nib, I thought I was being a little extreme. I have the pastel pink in medium as a treat to myself and I am trying to figure out how to get myself to like it because I missed the crisp writing of my Jinhao 82 fine. I think I will reserve it for shimmer inks because I'm not impressed
@@Wholelatteplans very much so, I’ve figured out that if I use the Lamy for drawing out my planner spreads since it’s so “bold” then I can gaslight myself into liking and using the pen more lol

😍 Pink! I like Pilot Iroshizuku Yama Guri for a nice, dark brown. My experience is that it looks black- brown going down but dries more brown.

I would love to find a match for Diamine Masquerade without shimmer. It's such a perfect muted pink with grey/brown undertones, so lovely!

I didn’t realize Path is a shimmer ink! I used it for two months I need to check my sample…great pairings!

Yes!!! Ugh the struggle to get a wet crisp line lol. I like it with dark saturated inks too 👩🏼🔬 but it’s fun to play around and find good combos
