I changed a bad board in a charging dock… keeps going from green to flashing green… followed your steps to no avail… narrowed it down to the power supply by using one from a different area that works fine. Is there anyway to fix a power supply? Nothing appears to be wrong with the bad power supply after inspection. Is replacing the power supply the only option?
What if you have a solid green light and still get a loop error? This is a new mower, never ran it. I checked entire boundary wire and guide wire, no damage and solid green light. Mower does not start. Fully charged.
I always get this error and cannot get rid of it after I moved the 115H to the secondary area. However, if I am in my main area, put it in secondary mode, take if off the charger, then start, this works fine. However, the 115H is still respecting the boundary wires. Is it suppose to do this. Then I stop the 115H. Bring it over to the secondary area. Press start. And I always get this loop error. Any ideas here? My secondary area has no boundary wire and I'm relying on the sensors to bump into something and turn around.
Hi, what if im getting the eco mode off no loop signal error with a blue light flashing, could this be a combination of a loop break plus the eco mode error?. im a husqvarna service tech and have not seen this yet. i got a call late yesterday about this and havent been to the property yet, i have forwarded this video to him so hopefully it has helped. i have a tech team to phone later, but thought id comment here first
If ECO mode is off, not "Loop system off (ECO Mode)" and it's just a flashing blue light then it could be a number of things, but most likely is a broken or partially broken boundary wire. I would suggest starting here: ruclips.net/video/Znz3L2P4hcU/видео.html This will tell you if it's a boundary wire issue, or something with the charging station or transformer.
@@RoboticMowerServices turned out to be a worm had crawled across the charge station board frying it good and proper, very new install so i knew his loop was good, tried a dummy loop first though just to rule it out and his resistance was great, coming in at 7ohms so proceeded to check charge station, first thing i noticed was only 13volts at the charge tabs
The charging station sends low voltage through the boundary wire to create a signal. When ECO mode is turned on the charging station will stop sending voltage through the boundary wire while the mower is in the charging station. It was pushed as a way to save money and energy, but since it's not really a noticeable difference on an electric bill if you are use it or don't use it.
@@RoboticMowerServices I found that when eco mode was enabled the mower would stop with an error no loop signal as it was leaving the charging station. Go out and reset the mower manually and off it goes. Power saving is negligible so it stays off for me. 😊
Thank you, fixed my loop signal error - Your the first place I come anytime I have issue with my 430x.
Worked like a charm thank you - Unchecked the eco mode and unplugged charger for a few minutes, switched it back on and all good to go. Thank you :)
Glad we could help!
You just saved me from having an anger management issue. Thanks!
Great to hear!
Perfect solution. Worked perfectly. Thanks. 🙏
Life saver! Thank you!!!❤

Thank you, clear and great cat acting.
It I purchase the automower connect kit for a 430x w/o automower connect, will I still need boundary wire?
Yes
Is it possible to see that Quick Info screen on a 115h, there is no 0 button to push?

Hi. I have a solid green light with a no loop signal error. Have tried what you recommended and still nothing. Eco mode is OFF. Any ideas? Thanks

Dean, THANK YOU!! That is awesome to hear. We so appreciative for the support.
What is the advantage of ECO mode? Is it wear and tear on the board? Is it some dollar figure?
