They are terrific things aren't they! I always wanted an NA with the pop-up headlights and "pure" MX-5 original experience, but after owning an NB I've fallen in love with this one and I wouldn't ever swap it for an NA. Such a great car and brings a smile to my face when I drive it. Glad you've enjoyed it as well!

Heheh, Digby and I couldn't be further from each other in hair styles - Jax used to own an NB MX-5 with Digby some years ago but she's not in this video, that is dear and treasured Jen who pillions with me often. Amazing person, one of those people who make life rich. Glad you enjoyed the edit, definately a different thing doing it for a car. More difficult in some ways.

I like to think of it as a "Midlife Opportunity" heheh! I've dreamed of owning one of these for over a decade, and my working hard at my business has finally paid off to the tune I could buy one - I still feel amazed whenever I see it in my garage, literally brings a smile to my face to drive it. Glad you liked the editing, it was something different to film this - glad the good feelings came through! :)

Seems every MX-5 owner who's sold one has considered purhcasing another one at some stage. They're not as cheap as they were, but they're still great value - especially the NBs.
@@Nicontrast my NB was immaculate and was only $10k.
@@ThrottleDownunder If you walk around with $15k, you'd get a top-tier NB Without much difficulty I reckon. I remember when you could buy $5k NAs any day of the week - but I didn't have two pennies to rub together back then, missed out on some bargains.
