Great video can I not use an email template I created as a welcome email?

If you want to create a Welcome email when an event is triggered i.e. sign up to a newsletter, then you'll have to create an automated workflow so once that person clicks on Submit and their details enter the audience you have set up, they will automatically receive the email you have created. This is different to the standard form builder which this video focuses on. Hope that helps.
